The threats you document in you OP, especially the threatsof physical violence, are a very serious matter, and should, at the very least, be reported to CCP. There is also an internet crimes unit in the FBI that deals with these sorts of threats. If I were you I would contact them as well.

Listen guys, the line needs to be drawn before threats of rl violence.
Even if this one is a 4chan kiddie(seems like that, not even knowing what ip-addresses he's come over, if any) and the op walks away unharmed, the next one could be a real threat(yes these things have happened) and you guys really don't want to find yourself sitting on the forums going "ooooh cool" "I want to have a go at him" while this second guy is pulling out his rl jungle knife in the rl garage, of the second poster which is about to get worldwide news coverage.
You just can't chance on these things.

The last few posters are right. You never know when this person may truly have these delusions or is just this infantile and derogatory. And if this person has actually committed or has the propensity to commit crimes IRL, you will be doing the world a favor by sending up a flare on him by getting him banned so that someone has to take a closer look at his activities.
Most of the time, it is just some random punk who let his pride get the better of him. But if he is unstable, and this is the only sign he's given to anyone, you'll do everyone a favor by getting him the attention necessary to potentially facilitate getting him admitted.
Think of it this way:
1st EVEMail - Childish
2nd EVEMail - Obsessive
3rd EVEMail - Pathological
4th EVEMail - ?

Small update, I logged in today to find this in my inbox:

Seems CCP are taking their time with the petition though, not that I'm in a hurry I'm sure they're working as hard as they can.

You might also consider setting your CSPA charge a bit higher. Like to 500,000 or a Million ISK. That will cost him a bit if he wants to continue to EVE mail you.
