Go into one of the 0.0 border systems that has miners in cruisers/frigs, and start blasting them. I still remember the first day I pirated, it was my first real PvP. Out in Curse, long before the CA was formed, I'd just warp into a belt with one friend, we'd use a passive targeter to get somebody warp scrambled before they knew what hit them and then unload on them. From that point forward this game got a whole lot more fun.
