The Rorqual's big brother, a Super Capital version.
Role Bonus: Capital Tractor Beams can pull asteroids.
Special Ability: "Consume Asteroid" The ship would be able to consume an asteroid within 1500m at a fixed rate of 10,000 m/3 /minute. Requires active Industrial Core to perform.

Think about this, it is a Super Cap, with all the restrictions that come with it. Low Sec only. Huge skill reqs. XX billion build cost. No docking. This is HUGE for an industrial only ship. Every bit of ore you much needs a freighter to come take it from you to take it into a station.

You have said it all there in your last post, you want a supercap with all the skill reqs, disadvantages and logistical difficulties that is basically just an enormous mining barge.

I can't imagine anyone who would train up the necessary skills for this to sit in a massive barge for the rest of their game career. Also, 10k m3 a minute is not actually that much. That's half a jetcan which 2 hulks can easily do in 5 minutes at a fraction of the skill cost. Also, I'm pretty sure that to allow the movement of whole asteroids would require a pretty massive recoding of the game and a lot of lag.

I would... I bet Chribba would too...
Besides, you actually can do much without docking...
Scientific Networking Supplychain Management Trading skills
But, i guess it would be better for T2 Capital Industrial Ship to have reprocessing and manufacturing slots instead of mining/compressing ability. Refining would be instant and without wastage but it would be able to handle only the compressed ores.
Supercapital industrial ship deployed mode would need it to be anchored at the moons like posses...
Hell yeah !! A ORE Titan !!
Its DDD would reprocess the ships hit by the DDD blast.. Leaving only floating containers full of minerals....

I like it. I definitely think it'd be cool to doomsday a whole asteroid belt. Maybe you could melt the asteroids into drone alloys and compounds?

I think Mr. Murdoc's comment on a factory ship is much more likely, and would be more useful in the game. A refining ship would be nice as well, though I don't think it should do instant refining. It should be time based. It could easily be a module on the ship, that can be 'Loaded' with Ore as the ammo, and at the end of the cycle spits out the minerals.
However, as the Rorqual currently uses the Industrial Reconfiguration module, I'm not sure this would really require another ship. Instead, I'd recommend that the Rorqual just be tweaked in it's abilities. Add another set of 'Factory Modules' that could be installed, adding an extra manufacturing slot or two to the Rorqual. Type could be determined by the module, Ammo, Drone, Component, etc.

Ok then, another idea.
Capital Exhumers - Req Exhumer V - ASC V jump drive skills etc Capital Strip Miner I - Uses mining crystals, t2 spec yield ~10k m3/ 1 min cycle, 250km optimal range
Lithivore (Thanatos reskin? since ORE loves the Gallente so much :P)
Req CE - 1 10% per level to CSM range and 5% cargo / level 500km/3 cargo, minimal defenses, and link able for mining links 3 stripper points?

How about sticking to CCP's stance that further increases in solo mining yield is bad, m'kay? Want to mine more? Get in a gang.
The only exception to this would potentially be the Blast mining system that they have thrown around, where it is limited to low end ores, and low/null sec.

The skill is Industrial Reconfiguration And module is Industrial Core
How about Industrial Core would add only the manufacturing slots to the ship, but nothing could be done with the core without installing "scripts" on the module.
You use your Reconfiguration-skill to modify the Core?
Yeah, atm im training for the Rorqual. Afaik, the Rorqual is just cheaper JF with mining gang links?

Well, the Rorqual is FAR inferior to JF's in many ways. Cargo is a LOT smaller. It cannot use normal gates. It cannot enter High sec.

If i remember correctly, Rorqual can have around 120k m3 cargo with cargorigs + honor tank.

Correct, but that is less than half of a jump freighters hold. Which is why I stated it as a disadvantage.
