They are big carriers. Can't dock (ie if you sit in one you will be sitting in it until it pops). They need alt or some heavy duty friends to be used. Also immune to e-war. And not worth their price currently in my opinion, as you can get ~12 carriers for the price of one mothership.

No one really insures capital ships anyway. You just don't plan on losing them, at least any time soon.

Yea but titans can't go into Siege mode with those capital guns. That would be WOW to see, but I won't want to be on the receiving end of that.
Avatar with 6 lasers going into siege mode against something.... ... that would be cool to see.

You put motherships into capital assembly arrays and they give birth to carriers. It's true, I saw it on the interweb.
