Well after alot of work and many visitiations to the drawing boards here they are, the entire line up of the entire Servant Sisterhood of Eve fleet.
Pixie Teir 1 Explorer Ship
Field Testing of the Pixie Explorer
Sprite Teir 2 Explorer Ship
Fairy Teir 3 Explorer Ship
Oberon Scientific Capital Ship
Respectfully they are ships 24, 25, 26, and 27 in my shipyard line up, previously designed ships are not the subject and wont be posted. If your wondering where ship 23 (mk 4 pelican) is I lost the file all the work I was doing with it and will get back to it once I find the original skectch.
Yes the Oberon does transform, Ill be making more field test pictures now all the notes are all out of the way. This if my first real attempt at a capital ship and trying to make it look like its a capitol ship. Not sure if I conveyed the looks properly nor ifIi got the sizing right to rival the Roquel.
Anyways questions, comments, suggestions, constructive critiques all welcomed.

Other than that, nice drawing skills. A bit too many sails I must say tho, and the colors are way too bright and cheerfull for eve

Very consistent art direction/style. Those ships would look really great in World of Warcraft.

i like the ships, but exactly how much battlefleet gothic have you played in your lifetime? And are you aware of the ender fleet, both of current and old (1992?) designs.
As much as i loved my void stalker, i wouldnt want to see it carebearing in eve.

Protoss...I smell Protoss!
Someone been playing too much Startcraft latley?
Nice designs and stuff, but, to me, it doesn't look "eve-ish", more like design-ideas for Protoss ships in Statcraft 2.

Names, change the names! Also I don't like the idea that they look so "sharkish" and with like spikes on the wings. It's sisters of EVE! Not some Serpentis pirates!

Mind that even if that color scheme would be taken from the design, the ships would still look a ton more Eve-ish as soon as you got Eve-engine lightning effects on the models.
They wouldn't really be more 'golden' than Amarr ships, I'd think.

Nice skills. Like the ships and it would be cool if they could be added on some sort of fan-art thingy.
But you could change the colors a bit, imagine bodies splatter on the hull of the ship and the small percent of unsolidified blood giving a dark+rust tone.

Very nice skills, (wish mine were as good!) and a lot of effort put into this, I can tell. That's why it kinda hurts to say this, but honestly, I don't care for them.
The subcapitals are too similar, and too...finny, I guess is the best way to say it. Also very reminiscent of the '84 edition of Dune for styling; I (personally) don't get a SOE feeling with them. With the Oberon, I get strong mesopotamian influences, again not meshing with my vision of SOE.
fwiw, my 2 isk. Again, good job on the effort and skills.

To be honest I never heard of battlefleet gothic until today, its probably before my time but Ill give them a look over to see how thier ships are designed.
All soe ships are mostly inspired by sail boats mostly and rolled in the function of astrometric ship so all the sails and spikes double up as sensors.

Was wondering where you disappeared to, the ships look a tad too light, but then if you darken them you get a mustard colour and it looks horrible i guess.

The sails are obviouly the electronics arrays the ships use for scanning
Nice stuff. Hadn't seen the Oberon before, and I must commend you for the coherent style of the designs. I also echo the incidental BFG style - the Eldar-esque wings and heavy ornamentation as seen on the oberon scream 40k. -----

I like the way they look alot. Just the colouring seems off. Names would be better if Titania, Oberon, Puck, and Mab. For fairies, which were forest creatures, dark green and some other light colour. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I like the capital ship. That being said, the SOE ships don't need canvas sails, they're space ships. Keep the design concept of the Oberon, scratch the first three, and redesign them without sails. They just distract from the design concept. I do like the combination between Galente and Minmatar that you seem to be going for.

They look all to much from fantasy. It's good, but doesn't fit EVE, I'd go more into the Apothesis (or what the frig they gave out when EvE was 5 years old), that kind of look. Maybe new color could save em, and the sails aren't working as they are continuous from the ships. It lacks the feel of mast and a sail rather than feeling like it's a misshappen of some dynosaur with sail from the head to the neck.

Also, whats their purpose? Explorer ships? Unarmed ships in Eve that can't haul/mine? Unless they finally overhaul the exploration system in game... I dont see the point.

While ill give you credit for the artistic skills, the ship design themselves are terrible. They feel what you would get if you transported an elvish race from WOW into eve and told them to make ships.

You know, you'd cause a much more better impression if you get SketchUp and model those in 3D. The you can get Kerkythea and do a nice render of it. That'll really make a difference. ----

/rant on About all the wow comments, First off the cartoon color set is little beyond my control and experince, the color controls avialable in Corel Painter X isn't technical enough for me to maintain a color range more consistent with more 'realistic' tones.
So what ever I grab from the color wheel/delta this is the best I can manage for now until I find the plugin for the cube slider controls instead, if you look at all of my previously colored ships and artworks they all exhibit this 'cartoon' apperance. I am sure if another artist with proper tools and knowledge went back and recolored these to be more in eve colored styles it would draw far less wow comments.
Second off about the shape, arent the elvan ships in warcraft have slopped pair of sails but fairly normal boat constuction? Dunno I havent seen a elf ship since wc2 but Im pertty sure they are similar to sloops.
My ships feature a single parallel sails are alot differnt and more inspired from larger european vessels and the forward bows reach down to the waterline a big no no for most above surface sailing ships. I also styled in greek temple/gothic assests on several of the ships and this really sets it apart from mostly every other fantasy and actual ship I know to date, and to my knowledge only one other science fiction ship uses the same concept of greek temple architecture built into the hull.
/rant off
About names, Name shopping was hard because I had to come up with 8 names that wouldn't be of agressive nature, for those of you who dont know Sisterhood of Eve is a NPC corp within eve that focuses on religious scientific research and are well known for thier charity work across the galaxy, thier greatest rivals are all pirates and terrorist organizations such as Medusa, they have no military strength, but thier economic strength has yet to be questioned, the Fairy theme seemed fitting for civillian explorer ships so the 8 names I got where wisp, dryad, nymph, fairy, pixie, sprite, oberon and titaina. Find me 8 themed names of non agressive nature and possibly charitable and exploring nature Ill consider it.
About purpose, Cross posting is against the rules, but if you look up my signature there is a link to the current version of SOE ships lengthy read scope and purpose.
To make a long story short... SOE ships are Explorer Scanning ships, Artrifact Recovery Ships, and Anceint Site (new resource for research projects) data extractors. Thier activites could be counter productive to ORE operations as well as co-operative. They cant rival covert ops in using recon probes but they excell with explorer probes instead requiring lesser scans, fewer probes, and overall wait time. Capitol ship isn't a mobile lab per sey but it allows extended use of the new resources giving the best bang for the buck at the risk of parking it in places where its likely to get killed while in 'seige' mode.
In reply about the straight lines This + This = Not so happy and poor Novafox :(.
