Do you want to play "Hunt the Fedo" in downtown Reykjavic? How about a chance to meet the Devs and the rest of the CCP crew?
If so, here's your chance!
Oveur has posted a new Dev Blog with information on the Great Fedo Hunt Fest (aka FanFest), including dates, travel arrangements and other necessary information. Well worth the read!

Yes - but don't worry we'll find you a 'safespot' first so that you can eat in peace & comfort and not suffer from indigestion.

If by "forced", you mean "be called a girly man if you don't", then yes. We're right bastards to foreigners. ------------------------------------------- "My main griveance with the Caldari state was that once I had finished my work for them, they wanted me dead."
"No, it's none of your business." |

Seriously... How cold does it get around that time of year there? Will there be snow and stuff?

Yup, count myself and Squarebear in as long as you have:
1 - Running water (hot and clean) 2 - Electricity 3 - Beer.
Ok OK .... we can be flexible about 1 and 2, but, without 3 we would be in serious trouble.
Be lucky all! Darwin 4tw

Not in October (*probably not*...I never make bets when the weather here is concerned).
Iceland is pretty temperate, anyway. No colder than, say, Scotland.

1. Yes. Lots of very clean, very cheap water, hot and cold. 2. Er, yes. But only because CCP demanded that we'd have it. 3. Yes, but very expensive. Up to 600 isk (~ $8.5 or 4.5 pounds) per 1/2 liter in bars, down to around 930 isk (~ $13) for a six pack (3 liters) in the government-run liquer store (only the government is allowed to sell booze in stores here). ------------------------------------------- "My main griveance with the Caldari state was that once I had finished my work for them, they wanted me dead."
