Did some checking now...
The skill says it gives +3% to weapon damage, however it doesn't affect weapon damage at all.
It's only affecting the Gyros/Heat sinks etc... and not even with 3% but with a flat +0.03.
This definately is bugged and means stamped heatsinks etc have become as good as they were before the nerf.

Thinking about it this thread does bring up another interesting fact.. This was one of the things that led to the Amarr getting nerfed to the stone age..

Its anyway kinda obsolete since HS and all the stuf that multiplies really high has stacking penalty and you have medium guns that do 1500+ per wrecking shot and still wont take down all BS....
this necro is still pathetic
