Edited by: RedSplat on 18/12/2008 16:20:20 Mission bear got salvaged by a Ninja, While grinding WC one bleak night, You can say those wrecks belong to you! But as for Tcehll and i we believe otherwise.
Bears were leaving wrecks unsalvaged, We begged them not to litter Dodixie, But the Bears were captivated by isk hunger, So they just missioned on while outside it snowed.
Well we finally found him in the wreckfield, Salvaged his wrecks and thanked him for the smack, That silly bear got ever so angry, Concord came. HO HO HO HO.
Comming soon: 'Chribba got run over by the Veldnought' and all your favourite classics like 'So this is Highsec' and 'Ninja-Bells Rock'
I feel so dirty There was even talk of French toast

Some of our victims just don't get it. The point of being a ninja is that we slip by you (with a laugh) when you camp stations in a trio of faction-fit battleships, and we strike when you're least able to do anything about it. Such as when your CEO is running missions in his CNR.
If you couldn't get a fight out of us, it's your fault. The tears of a frustrated station camper are just as delicious as those of his mission-running CEO. There's nothing I like more than going about my normal business (salvaging or whatever) while a "merc" who can't be bothered to train Strategy I is sitting outside a station pounding on his keyboard for an hour! Insta-undocks FTW...

I get it. So basically it's ok to be docked during war time as long as you say "it's part of the strategy". And here all along I thought it was cowardly and lame. .

Were it the case that people were not capable of undocking without being killed and stayed docked up for that reason, then yes.
Going AFK in station to waste the time of second rate mercs attempting to pad their killboard with people they suspect cant fight back effectively- well that's just one tactic.
Catching anyone from SN whom has been in the corp longer than a month in a stationcamp is nigh impossible unless they want to be caught; they get taught ancient Ninja techinques in the first week of/c. Also in,large part because those whom camp stations are incapable of doing anything else; they sit there in BS with RR neutrals and simply dock if anything that has a chance of beating them appears. Now personally i have more respect for the bears i earn my living from- at least they have no illusions of grandeur, they are capable of adapting and generally give better smack (they really put heart itnto it).
We don't promote idiocy amongst our own, i don't believe the same can be said for some of those whom have Wardec'd SN/TEARS in the past. If you want to catch a Ninja you have to raise your game, adapt- don't just sit on station smacking like a hormonal teen telling everyone his daddy can beat up your dad.
Oh, by the way Matrix Skye- any plans to stop hiding in an NPC corp anytime soon or are you just a forum warrior with a grudge (look i can use smilies too!)
I'm dreaming of a red Christmas, with every mission bear that cries, may your salvagers be repleted this night, and may all your wreck-fields be white

Oh how those Ninjas and TEARS loath those missioners and bears With much envy, tears, and rage they build their crusade
"Dont fight me! Please dont shoot ME!" to real PVPers they say, "The Bears, and those missioners, "Now THEY cause us nerd rage!"
"But dude, how could this be?" Replied the true soldier of PVP "The bears are already here, the bears I already see!"
"Impossible!" TEARS replied in terror, as they looked in front of the mirror Indeed what they saw was the bears! Indeed their reflection... was theirs!
Merry Xmas, TEARS and Suddenly Ninjas I still love you, my bear brothers. Even if you hate me.
Umm, is that a Christmas Carol? I believe all of ours were, but I can't quite place yours.

Originally by: Tchell Dahhn Going forward, any Corporation found running Missions in Dodixie will be subject to a "non-salvage levy" of 100M per month, payable to Suddenly Ninjas Corporation, if they are found to be running Missions without a dedicated Salvager (or duly appointed Member of Suddenly Ninjas) in their Deadspace at the time that the Mission is being run.
Not that I really give a toss either way, but what are you going to do about those people who refuse to lower their isk/hr by salvaging while missioning?
Good business sense would point towards encouraging them to run missions is the most efficient way possible, so that you can blackmail them for as much money as possible.
If you actually care about the money you'll blackmail, more efficient mission runners == possible higher fees.
If you're just there to maximise income in your low-skill, no-risk carebear profession of choice, faster mission runners == more concurrent ninja salvagers are sustainable by the constellation.
Also, an aside: do you guys have tutoring schemes for newbie salvagers? I don't mission often these days, but I do get occasionally found by incompetent scavengers ... some of them, especially those in npc corps, exhibit peculiar counter productive behaviours and an inability to judge runner response from player info sheets. I try to explain things to them but they often think I'm taking the ****.

Members of SN do indeed learn the trade and all the tricks. Yes there are rather a lot of cowboys out there at the moment that should serve as a guid in how to doing it wrong, getting themselves Concordoken, killed by rats and generally making an ass out of themselves. Join our Public Channel "The Ninja Alliance", and there are always those happy to help out with information. Or, as RedSplat mentioned, joining up is always an option. (I've even been convo'd by Mission Runners, who've politely asked how to avoid us, and I've always given them the info they've wanted.)
