Mission Running Corporations of Dodixie,
As the CEO of TEARS (Tear Extraction And Reclamation Service) and Suddenly Ninjas, I am hereby informing the Mission Running Corporations of Dodixie of our ownership rights to said system.
As we have been in operation in Dodixie almost exclusively for the past year, we have noted that there have been more than a significant number of Mission Running Corporations who have, for one reason or another, ignored our requests for a "Clean System", leaving wrecks and jetcans of waste littering our poor system, unsalvaged and unwanted.
(...not to mention all the lag you're creating - the system has 250+ occupants on a good night, and it's not helping the situation any when the poor Server needs to contend with the fields of wrecks and jetcans you leave behind!)
I, for one, say "NO MORE!" No more shall we sit idly by while the Mission Runners ruin our poor system with their filth and waste!
Going forward, any Corporation found running Missions in Dodixie will be subject to a "non-salvage levy" of 100M per month, payable to Suddenly Ninjas Corporation, if they are found to be running Missions without a dedicated Salvager (or duly appointed Member of Suddenly Ninjas) in their Deadspace at the time that the Mission is being run.
Any Mission Running Corporation found guilty of this crime and refusing to pay the monthly levy may receive a Declaration of War from TEARS, which would continue until we have collected the levy, or until we have destroyed 10X the amount of the levy requested. (i.e. 1B ISK worth of Mission Running ships.)
If you're not going to salvage your own wreck fields, let us know in Local or (better still) convo one of our Members, and we will do it for you, quickly and painlessly. Should any one of our Scanning Pilots find you in Deadspace, not meeting the above requirements, failing to pay the levy will result in the continued disruption of your operations. This means you risk losing ships, losing ISK, and most importantly, losing Corporation Members.

Either way, I think it is hilarious that salvaging "seems" worth for you to pay 100 mil a month of what not.... and yet you never mention of actually giving the salvage to the owners.

Anyway, eventually they got decced by several alliances and merc corps. The rest they say is history.

It's not my litter, go speak to the Serpentis Angels and the other factions, maybe they can help you. I never cared for salvaging and fitting a Sleipnir just for this purpose didn't make it any more exciting, Hilda just sits in station these days, greased up to prevent further rust.
You seem to do a good job of finding missions anyway, are you running low on probe funds? I can offer you a good rate on bulk purchases 
I don't generally fraternise with 'the help' and as I am a very busy socialite; providing bookmarks is not an agreeable use of my time, unless you are willing to pay for this service.
Haha! All in good fun, Dodixie has some VERY serious bears. Local needs more tears and less sales spam.

- Most of the mission runners in dodixie don't even read the forums, so there is your 2nd failure.
- 3rd failure, you do realise you have a limit apon war declarations before you can't war dec any more?
- 4th failure, it's high sec you won't be able to enforce it
- 5th failure, on average theres like...what? 200 people + in dodixie? Good luck recording that all down, you must be bored to hell to bother.
- 6th failure, not all mission running players are carebears who can't fight back, one wrong declaration and you could end up having to throw all this jibberish out of the window because you can't enforce it while being camped all day.
- 7th failure, deccing alliances will kind of waste the corp wallet won't it?
- 8th failure, by posting this on the forums you have basically painted a GIGANTIC target on your back for everyone who wants some sort of fight at any time anywhere near Dodixie, infact I bet there will be people taunting you in Dodixie saying "look here, i wont salvage my missions....what are you going to do about it?" just to get a free dec.
I think that pretty much spells out FAIL, but hey, thats just me.
Another thing, is this just a ploy to have some sort of proof that disrupting mission runners or griefing is allowed in dodixie?
But hey, thats what I see, not sure if everyone sees it my way...

As the CEO of TEARS (Tear Extraction And Reclamation Service) and Suddenly Ninjas, I am hereby informing the Mission Running Corporations of Dodixie of our ownership rights to said system.
As we have been in operation in Dodixie almost exclusively for the past year, we have noted that there have been more than a significant number of Mission Running Corporations who have, for one reason or another, ignored our requests for a "Clean System", leaving wrecks and jetcans of waste littering our poor system, unsalvaged and unwanted.
(...not to mention all the lag you're creating - the system has 250+ occupants on a good night, and it's not helping the situation any when the poor Server needs to contend with the fields of wrecks and jetcans you leave behind!)
I, for one, say "NO MORE!" No more shall we sit idly by while the Mission Runners ruin our poor system with their filth and waste!
Going forward, any Corporation found running Missions in Dodixie will be subject to a "non-salvage levy" of 100M per month, payable to Suddenly Ninjas Corporation, if they are found to be running Missions without a dedicated Salvager (or duly appointed Member of Suddenly Ninjas) in their Deadspace at the time that the Mission is being run.
Any Mission Running Corporation found guilty of this crime and refusing to pay the monthly levy may receive a Declaration of War from TEARS, which would continue until we have collected the levy, or until we have destroyed 10X the amount of the levy requested. (i.e. 1B ISK worth of Mission Running ships.)
If you're not going to salvage your own wreck fields, let us know in Local or (better still) convo one of our Members, and we will do it for you, quickly and painlessly. Should any one of our Scanning Pilots find you in Deadspace, not meeting the above requirements, failing to pay the levy will result in the continued disruption of your operations. This means you risk losing ships, losing ISK, and most importantly, losing Corporation Members.
Should you wish to discuss the information posted here, please do so in this thread.

Good luck, you will need it. I support your operation  but i think you are biting off more than you can chew with this, if you actually carry out your threat that is.
The bears are a formidable force when banded together, they have the isk after all. You can only dec 3 at a time, and the ones that dec you ( and you will ofc get deced since your so keen to dram attention to yourselves, as im sure you know) will be merc and pvp corps/alliances which will put a cramp on your tear extraction.
Unless im meeting the wrong kind of bears you wont get many to actually pay your levy, they will simply just move on, with the occasional stupid one shooting you for stealing loot. Your demands are only going to reduce the number of bears missioning in Dod/Auv, which conversely means less tears and loot for the ninjas. So i dont see what you want to accomplish with this 
Maybe you want to get some real pvp in as one look at your KB show you dont get much? But then you could just randomly dec missioning corps without making an e-peen post about on the forums, so what is it?
But if publicity is what you wanted consider it done, free bump right here

we had quite a bit of trouble getting you to undock when we were at war with you.
we had maybe 3 guys in system at any one time and were fighting 2 other corps as well so you had plenty of backup to call on.
does this mean if i do a few missions you might dec us and fight?

By throwing down the gauntlet to all-comers to run missions in Dodixie they get even more salvage and ISK right at their front-door. I fully support SN's environmental protection policy. However as a proud member of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Artificial-intelligences, I would like to draw your attention to another shamefull situation in Dodixie. Namely the staggering number of abandoned drones.
These poor, faithful and hard working entities deserve to be treated with the same love and compassion that you would show any other member of your family. I realise that some drones can act in a wilful and disobedient manner, but this is more often due to improper handling than any fault of their own.
I hope that the Ninjas, and any other responsible salvager will join me in my "rescue and re-home" initiative, and maybe we can make a difference in some poor drones life.
Remember people: "A DRONE IS FOR LIFE, NOT JUST FOR MISSIONS!"

I meant PvE vs PvP... While that PvE ship may have an incredible tank, very few have the equipment to defeat a PvP equipped ship. The Drake is one of a very few ships not entire reliant on its cap in a mission.

If you couldn't get a fight out of us, it's your fault. The tears of a frustrated station camper are just as delicious as those of his mission-running CEO. I get it. So basically it's ok to be docked during war time as long as you say "it's part of the strategy". And here all along I thought it was cowardly and lame.  .

Were it the case that people were not capable of undocking without being killed and stayed docked up for that reason, then yes.
Going AFK in station to waste the time of second rate mercs attempting to pad their killboard with people they suspect cant fight back effectively- well that's just one tactic.
Catching anyone from SN whom has been in the corp longer than a month in a stationcamp is nigh impossible unless they want to be caught; they get taught ancient Ninja techinques in the first week of/c. Also in,large part because those whom camp stations are incapable of doing anything else; they sit there in BS with RR neutrals and simply dock if anything that has a chance of beating them appears. Now personally i have more respect for the bears i earn my living from- at least they have no illusions of grandeur, they are capable of adapting and generally give better smack (they really put heart itnto it).
We don't promote idiocy amongst our own, i don't believe the same can be said for some of those whom have Wardec'd SN/TEARS in the past. If you want to catch a Ninja you have to raise your game, adapt- don't just sit on station smacking like a hormonal teen telling everyone his daddy can beat up your dad.

Members of SN do indeed learn the trade and all the tricks. Yes there are rather a lot of cowboys out there at the moment that should serve as a guid in how to doing it wrong, getting themselves Concordoken, killed by rats and generally making an ass out of themselves. Poor buisness sense.

Join our Public Channel "The Ninja Alliance", and there are always those happy to help out with information. Or, as RedSplat mentioned, joining up is always an option. (I've even been convo'd by Mission Runners, who've politely asked how to avoid us, and I've always given them the info they've wanted.)

So just to clarify... You will 'blackmark' all those who run missions but do not bring a dedicated salvage ship in to the mission while they are running it?
I think you missed the point of the marauders there.... Also the destroyers. can anyone honestly say they have found a good other use for a destroyer beyond cannon fodder, salvaging, or for the desperate, mining. Dust collector or moth-ball storage device don't count.

Myself, I prefer to bring 2 damage ships and swap to salvager afterwards than run 1 of each.

Ah - well, thanks to a lot of great publicity as of late, we've got a lot of new Members with whom we're teaching them the ropes. I'm happy to see the resurgence in interest, and I'm hopeful that it's in part from my rabid return to the forums and the game itself.

I'm happy to hear it. There are far too many Mission Runners with a really (REALLY!) bad attitude about other players in game, and it's really them that get the brunt of our attention.
That being said, I responded to a Mission Runner's request for a salvager the other night, and hearing that he had just returned to the game and had little ISK, I popped him a few Mil.

There are a number of things we do; trying to get epic KB statz by ganking noobs and industrials isn't one of them. Protip: the preceeding does not make you awesome. It's common sense that a corp that began with ninjasalvaging (A non-combat activity) and accepts very low SP pilots (Many without actual PVP experience) and...well, doesn't give two ****s about looking like SRS BUSINESS 1337 PVPRZ with 130578135913/2 k/d ratios, wont have great KB stats.
ePeen waving isn't what we're about.
tl;dr go violate yourself with a rake you ePeen waving KB *****.

The vast majority of YOINK did leave system. You didnt simply switch stations, you left local. There were a few who stayed, and who got killed when they undocked. And then there was the few billion isk losses from other members of your alliance.
LOL..count it as a win? Yoink went 0 for 12 and was pretty much non-existant. Count that as a win, but we made our billions off your ships.

Might I suggest another form of ISK generation that ties in with your current endevours in the Dodixie area.
My corp for example has 4 active wars, one of which is a decent sized alliance. Several of our targets grind their ISK in the Dodixie/Auvergne/Aunia loop. With your abundance of probers, surely you will stumble across mission runners who are in an active war.
You should have a contact person to diseminate information when active targets are probed out. I for one would be happy to toss some ISK as a finder's fee so to speak when our targets are probed.
Maximize your ISK and tear generating potential!

As the CEO of TEARS (Tear Extraction And Reclamation Service) and Suddenly Ninjas, I am hereby informing the Mission Running Corporations of Dodixie of our ownership rights to said system.
As we have been in operation in Dodixie almost exclusively for the past year, we have noted that there have been more than a significant number of Mission Running Corporations who have, for one reason or another, ignored our requests for a "Clean System", leaving wrecks and jetcans of waste littering our poor system, unsalvaged and unwanted.
(...not to mention all the lag you're creating - the system has 250+ occupants on a good night, and it's not helping the situation any when the poor Server needs to contend with the fields of wrecks and jetcans you leave behind!)
I, for one, say "NO MORE!" No more shall we sit idly by while the Mission Runners ruin our poor system with their filth and waste!
Going forward, any Corporation found running Missions in Dodixie will be subject to a "non-salvage levy" of 100M per month, payable to Suddenly Ninjas Corporation, if they are found to be running Missions without a dedicated Salvager (or duly appointed Member of Suddenly Ninjas) in their Deadspace at the time that the Mission is being run.
Any Mission Running Corporation found guilty of this crime and refusing to pay the monthly levy may receive a Declaration of War from TEARS, which would continue until we have collected the levy, or until we have destroyed 10X the amount of the levy requested. (i.e. 1B ISK worth of Mission Running ships.)
If you're not going to salvage your own wreck fields, let us know in Local or (better still) convo one of our Members, and we will do it for you, quickly and painlessly. Should any one of our Scanning Pilots find you in Deadspace, not meeting the above requirements, failing to pay the levy will result in the continued disruption of your operations. This means you risk losing ships, losing ISK, and most importantly, losing Corporation Members.
Should you wish to discuss the information posted here, please do so in this thread.

well, at least someone is trying to do something different.
at first i thought this salvaging threat was a thinly veiled excuse to wardec mission-runners. then i saw the option given that the suddenly ninja fellows would salvage the wrecks for them. this is the first of this thread i have seen, so can't really comment.
however, like i said, different and good on you for it too.
i preume this could be quite profitable?
also, mission-runners, if you can't be arsed to salvage or loot the wrecks, blow them up as you go along. it's not difficult.
years ago, i had a system whereby i gave bm's of my mission wrecks to a noob corp. they would loot/salvage the wrecks and pay me a percentage of the isk gained through reprocessing, sales, etc. no, i didn't have any real way of telling if the amount they gave me was correct. but then again, it was a sort of symbiotic relationship which worked. my wrecks got cleaned up, they earned some isk for wrecks they were nowhere near skilled up to run the missions that spawned them and made quite a bit of isk for themselves.
