No, it's Windows XP with the classic style windows. I'm at work running this Firefox 3 off a USB drive. My computer doesn't have the correct font for the website, so it defaults to what you see. I guess I'm just used to it, I see it as quite readable.
As for which font it is, it's Helvetica. An industry standard for printed materials.

(From when the client had a bug where you could make all space textures dissapear, leaving only black and stars... I wish they made that an option  )

well I think look OK but dated.
but in fact the WHOLE SYSTEM is dated.
I wish for instance, nebulas were the right or relative size, so nebulas would just be placed in space. So jita would be in the midle of a huge blue nebula, as you jump topward jits that nebula gets bigger and bigger. thus lots of space would be "black" but you could see the nebulas in space off in the spacey distance.

Ahh, my eyes.. Get a real webfont! That just looks horrible, and turn on antialiasing aswell..
