I posted a no hardener version of this boat years ago but it could not tank guns perma and you needed a alt. With the below setup you can solo tank gate guns forever and get 3 points on any hauler jumping in...you do possibly need BC 5 to perma tank though. Ok, it's a obvious setup, and obsolete with HICs, but I can't fly 'em and many newer pirates can't either.. so it does it's job, provides lol's at gates and tears for poor hauler pilots. btw, before the flames it's suprising how many people don't know how to setup like this.. and are amazed you can perma tank low sec sentrys and have 3 points of 24km tackle. 3 points seems to be the magic number that most hauler pilots cant cope with, 2 points is useless. Drake Setup let the flames / tears begin ps: the flamers are prolly carebear hauler pilots abit upset, so by flaming you are admitting this fact.

I usualy drop one power relay for power diag. also i use x3 LSE or x2 LSE + 10MN mwd, i prefer MWD to reapproch the gate or burn to the target. The idea of x3 disrupt is not bad, but if you meet some pk and you flashy, it's useless, and you dead.

The idea of x3 disrupt is not bad, but if you meet some pk and you flashy, it's useless, and you dead. yeah its a mad ship.. i usually just fit cheap limos launchers, it's all you need. lets face it you pretty dead anyway if you meet a blob, but at non-peak eve times it's perfect as without alt you need to stay on gate 100% of time flagged, and the 3 points is perfect for all those haulers thinking they are safe. had a lol earlier, guy came past, 1 point.. nothing, he escaped. docked up fired up ship fitter and fitted 2nd... he appeared again, nothing he escaped. so docked up back to fitter, came up with that setup, and killed him with lots of lols in local... result! now just gotta devise a 4 point drake and I'll be happy, maybe t2 rigs or officer / deadspace disruptors, but gonna get expensive if anyone has any ideas ?, would be great. 4 points perma tank under sentrys enough firepower to kill a hauler enough scan res to lock in time

Do you think you got time to target those cloaking hauler (they cloak, allign, uncloak and warp faster than my target)
