A corporation can and will do whatever it wants with videos posted on their website, and hosted on their servers. Deleting them is not a violation of your free speech, you are free to host or distribute your video via another medium than Youtube if it is taken off youtube. The reason the term "free speech" is becoming increasingly trite and meaningless is because people throw it around for completely meaningless issues such as this.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." A company has every right to censor what is said within their boudaries. Just as you have the right to attempt to create an alternative that allows complete freedom of speech. One could interpret the words to say that freedom of speech is not guarenteed. It is only guareented that Congree will not interfere by passing restrictive laws. Get over yourselves. I am not a Liberal (Marxist/Socialist) and I do believe criminals have rights. If you want to troll go troll elsewhere as your points have nothing to do with YouTube. The only thing that you say that makes sense is that YouTube is a company that can do whatever it wants with video's posted on its servers.

But it has always imposed responsibility for copyright infringements on the poster, taking no responsibility for what is uploaded themselves. That is giving freedom of speech but censorship is not. I did wonder how long it would take for Youtube to jump on the morality bandwagon, (or be forced to). I remember once when Ebay would sell anything, even games consoles regardless of whether they've been modded or not. Not, if you use the word modded or chipped in your description, it refuses to let you sell it on Ebay. Try to circumvent it by leet speak or hints and the staff will pull the item and probably ban your account. The internet has no freedom any more. Paypal have policies against certain products being bought through them even though it's your money buying them and they are just agents for the transfer of said funds. Boycott them all because of policy and you may as well pull the plug on your internet. Slowly but surely, everything is going the same way. Governments failed due to public outrage to censor what we do, instead, they are forcing these companies to censor at source. -- There's a simple difference between kinky and perverted.
