Accusing MASS players of being against this because they'll loose their ganks is pretty silly and only shows you are clueless about pvp.
This changes will destroy good pvp and give the advantage to fleets ganking people. I guess CCP wants people only to move through 0.0 space in groups of at least 10+ . It takes long enough for big fleet battles to start as it is now, no need to add another hour or 2 for fleets to find each other and scout each other out.
And then i haven't even started on how good this is for logoff traps.

Yes. And I'm a hunter, but I vote nay.
Is it the hunters or the prey that is blobbing?
It is the prey. The prey is already scared for the hunter. That's why we have blobs. Making the prey more scared = making the prey blob more.
And hence it's bad for both, as the prey will be more scared and the hunter can't hunt due to the now even bigger blobs.

It is the prey. The prey is already scared for the hunter. That's why we have blobs. Making the prey more scared = making the prey blob more.
