About
A 6bil ISK six week bond paying 3% weekly interest and then returning principal on the sixth week.
What do I do?
I sit in station and get my stock moved from production location to selling locations using a third party freighter service who provide 110% collateral. I'd like to start up the business again and this bond will help me do that. I am asking for twice as much this time because I will be expanding into more locations than I did last time. I am providing about 2bil of my own ISK for this.
Secure?
I did this about 6 months ago and it was very successful, had to stop due to University starting. This is a mostly liquid ISK business as I am not using SELL orders at all (therefore I don't have to wait for my ISK), I am purely filling BUY ordersą therefore my stock is in my hands for a day or two out of the week at MOST.
Hit By A Bus or Trainą or a Large Man in a Red Suit...
Sadly, I have no collateral to offer and this cannot be remedied. But it is only a six week term bond, so IĘll try not to cross any streets or railroad tracks in these six weeks. IĘll sit and play Eve all day, nice and safe in my house!
Contact
I can supply email or MSN info to a few trusted parties if it is requested of investors.
Interest
Interest will be paid weekly and paid out using simple ISK transfer (because I am a noob at corp shares and stuff). A list of bond holders will be placed in this thread.
Buyback
A 100% buyback policy will be enacted on February 9th, 2009. I pay 3% interest every week and then return your initial investment on the last week along with interest for that week.
Start
This bond will start on next Monday (December 29th, 2008) and the first interest payment will be made on Monday January 5th, 2009.
Minimum Investment
A minimum of 200mil ISK is required for this bond.
Maximum Investment
A maximum of 2bil ISK is in effect for this bond.
Increment
Increments of 200mil ISK to be used please.
How To
To become a bond holder for this bond, please post your reservation in this thread and then transfer at least 200mil ISK and no more than 2bil ISK to Endureth before December 29th, 2008. You will receive a confirmation EVEmail within 48 hours of ISK transfer and your name will be put on the bond holder list in this thread.
Warning!
These bonds are NON-TRANSFERABLE. I will NOT keep track of anyone selling their bond, which means if you sell itą the guy or gal you bought it from will STILL receive the interest payments and principal return. Sorry if that inconveniences anyone, but it is a fairly short term bond, I donĘt expect too many people will want to pull out anyway.

I sold the character which I used to offer my previous bond, but audit will confirm that I am the same person by virtue of the other characters on the account, which are stated in post #2 of my previous bond offering. My Corp CEO can also confirm I am the same person if auditor requires a second opinion. However, only 2 of those characters are still mine, as I sold off the other 3 and deactivated that account.
The only characters that are mine, and share this account are McAlty and Xantherz. It is my only account.

Your willingness to sell characters will erode trust somewhat because you have demonstrated that your identity is not necessarily as important to you as it is to others.
Furthermore, it raises a more important question, which is why you need the ISK. I assume your other character sales netted you a good chunk of ISK; of course, that could be a component of the 2bn you wish to contribute.
I would also ask why you are asking for 6bn, which is quite a large sum compared to the 2bn you will contribute yourself. Why not go with 1bn and expand at a more reasonable rate, and then perhaps once you've made a payment or two on this bond, you can launch another and run them in parallel? I'm concerned that you may not be able to remain as efficient with your capital as you expand. (This isn't anything personal, but more a general commentary that as businesses grow larger, they are less efficient. Just look at that guy who started an IPO with 10,000 ISK or something and is making monthly dividends of 300%.)

Pack, I understand the problems it'll bring up. But I wanted a toon with more SP than my main had... so I sold it (and my other alt which I never played anyway) and bought a toon with the SP I wanted. I am still myself, so I can still be trusted.
I spent most of the money from my two character sales to buy my new main (Endureth), that is why I am only investing 2bil of my own and asking 6bil.
I am trying to get a hold of Kazuo to audit me if he has time. There was a concern when he audited me for my first bond because I was buying a Dread/Carrier toon at the same time as bond offering... but that was dispelled, was a completely separate transaction from the bond.

Well last time I offered this bond the 3bil really only covered my operations in Jita and Dodixie. I am looking to branch out into 2 or 3 more hubs this time, so 6bil should let me dip my foot into them.

180 mil per week is a fair bit to be paying out to investors from 6 bil capital. What do you calculate your total profit per week to be and can you give an overview of how you arrive at that figure?

What on earth are you talking about?
I can tell you that next week I plan on maknig a profit of 1 bil isk.
I can break that down as:
2.2 bil in sales
1 bil in purchases
0.2 bil in overheads
Now try and horn in on my business... oh that's right, there's nothing there to tell you what I do. What I asked for was an overview of how he calculated his profit. Not a detailed breakdown of every item.

Good question Ambo. I'll try and answer succinctly like you did:
I will be making 350-400 mil profit per week
7.9 bil of my capital goes to purchasing the inventory
0.1 bil goes to freighter service costs

What sorta of mgt fee do you have worked in, what do you expect to walk away from at the end of the bond.
Why, if this is the same as the last one, do you need this amount?
Can you get an auditor to verify that you are using a third party freight service in addition to the previous mentioned character questions.
...if so I might go in for 200 |

Already answered some of those questions Kazzac. More money because I am expanding into more markets. I assume you mean "what do you expect to walk away WITH" (not from). But in answer to both, in the end I expect to walk away from having to pay investors some of my profits, and I expect to walk away with about 1.2 bil extra in my wallet so that I can continue the business without outside investment, although in less markets initially.
I am looking for someone to audit me, I have contacted Kazuo... but I fear he might be away for the holidays? Kazzac any chance you could audit me? Or anyone else for that matter.

I fear the holidays will keep auditors busy for the time being, so you may have to wait past your investment start date.
I can offer my services to audit, but alas, I probably wouldn't be your first choice or MD's first choice. But, I'd do it for free in tandem with someone else just to get into it and get going on it (I'm also on vacation all next week, so I'll have time on my hands).
