Probably a dumb question but I'm curious - if it's docked could you undock it? Would the button even work? What would happen once it's undocked? Presumably you could DD Jita? 
e: forgot DDs dont work outside 0.0

I don't think anyone's going to fall for this one... and if its not a scam, you shouldnt have any problem producing screenshots of said titan inside the station... not a edited member list entry from the corporation interface.

Some jpgs have that, it really depends on the quality setting used for saving.
The algorithm used by jpg causes pretty bad artifacting on details like text when saving with crap quality.
So yeah, can't say an image is fake just because it's saved as bad quality jpg.
