Not great DPS, and you sacrifice speed and tackle, but ... you're flying a cerberus, you weren't supposed to be speedy anyway. The point being, it's ... well, it's as effective as a cerberus would be up close anyway. it has about 34,000 EHP, weak em resists but decent elsewise. But, more to the point, it can lock to 233KM and hit out to 218 or max lock range, depending on how you feel about the rocket fuel cache rig vs. the EM rig. It has 42.7 sensor strength, up from the native 16. So, essentially, you've got a 400km bubble around your ship where falcons shouldn't like to be. They won't be able to recloack after you lock them, they won't be able to jam you as easily with the backups, and if they actually are dumb enough to let one blob of missiles get to them, well, it's about a 1200 hp alpha, which should take them to 1/3 shields. And when you're not up against falcons, you can go back to failing next to the diemoses and zealots and curses in your own gang with your crap DPS, like usual =P. -- Sig under construction.

But I suggest Hydraulic Bay Thrusters instead of your rig choices. Have a guess why so less are interested in your post but all the nerf-falcon-posts? Drop ECCM for tank as you see fit. Yeah, sorry, those are the rigs I meant; it was late when I posted that, and i was just reading the cryptic descriptions on EFT. Your setup will work, but you have essentially no tank, and dropping the ECCM will get you back to square one, essentially. You have a 0% EM resistance with that setup, and like less than 6k EHP, which means a zealot is going to melt you before you can even align to warp. Take my setup and swap the bad rig for the bay thruster, and you'll still have some tank. -- Sig under construction.

Eagle maaaybe since those things can get really ridiculous ranges :P but... then again, Id think the eagle would be one of the things the falcon would be jamming to begin with. The little bomber can fire/cloak/fire/cloak with that passive targetter and has a good chance of panicking the falcon out.
