It makes me wonder just how prepared people are for such emergencies. Do you keep food/water storage? Do you own a gun (n/a for the UK I suppose)? Do you have emergency supplies and adequate training? Are you prepared in case society collapses? Could you survive on your own without stores and supermarkets?

Enough for a few days, up to 1 month No, a Katana, although I have access to a locker full of guns within a couple hours drive of me. Yes Yes, Ill survive somehow, unless someone kills me of course. At this exact point in time no, the amount of food that I grow every year (to save money from buying it at the store) Is not enough to feed me year 'round.
