It is funny how you run away every time we come to cfs space Tommy Boy. You run from the gate and leave your mates to die then smack talk from a safe spot. BTW you guys had us out numbered in BS and support both times.
CA has been good to me.

2. CA: Good fights, some good people but not enough to make up for smacktalking retards.
I'm sure FA has some good guys, i just dont have the personal experience to post a valid opinion about them. As for the rest, no clue

Xif coz they started out from far behind in a dead region with no stations and no experience but finished up with some prime real estate and have developed fleet combat to the point where mining lasers are no longer worshipped as gods.

Being XiF I'm bound to vote for them, largely because they're an inclusive, open and friendly alliance with next to no smacktalk and honourable defense of space despite lacking the PvP experience of others (mind, this has changed a lot).
However, I can't actually vote for XiF as that would be unfair, so my vote goes to SA.
They're a top quality PvP alliance and always brought the fight face to face. There's also a good structure, little smacktalk, humour and actually some credible diplomacy unlike some others. You get a sense that SA really does value its space and borders.

CVA: The only alliance in EVE to contain 0 smacktalkers. Great fun to fight and generally well-mannered, fun people.
FA: Remind me of the USSR, with Stalinist purges, central control from BIG and Xanadu and their Warsaw Pact style control of CFS.
SA: Contains some good PvPers, but due to my CA days will always be the enemy 
CA: I learnt all i know about PvP while fighting with these people, and although some of the newer member corps are questionable, the core members are some great guys who i'd fly with any day. Also much respect for taking on all of EVE and emerging from the Chaos again and again and again 
CFS: Nice ideals, but flawed in the power-alliance galaxy. Weak, divided and plagued by pirates.
PA: Not really sure, since i left CA before they formed and have little dealings with them.

Can't really say as i've only ever been in one alliance.
I could go onto say that from my experience that it owns every other alliance in the game (which is what i would say) however we've far too much biased mumbo jumbo on this thread already. :/

Yes, I agree my rankings are very personally biased Ith  I too put SA up there in terms of respect even above FA (which is probably first according to my alliance successes).

Stain Alliance: Generally good people, only group that actually fights CA in large battles instead of hiding and trying to gank. I respect their leadership alot, but alot of the individual members are smacktards.
CFS: Prey...
Xetic: Good people. I had a massively fun time during the CA campaign against them. They can't really fight very well, but at least they try and keep things civil.
Fountain Alliance: Xanadu sends huge fleets to Curse on a regular basis but runs with their tails behind their legs when they realize they might get a fight. Only comes out to play when SA orchastrates it.
Phoenix Alliance: Bunch of relatively pacifistic guys suddenly being exploited for easy kills. I still don't see the rational behind this war, and Reikoku's list of reasons on their website is comical in it's hypocrisy.
The rest of the alliances I don't know anything about, so I'll refrain from saying anything.
