STK scientifc has been in eve since beta days and was founded by me and some rl friends of mine.
Like most corps, if not all, we suffer from the ever growing problem of people quiting eve from boredom or suffering from the endless bugs.
We have done several corp mergers into STK and only 2-3 people are left from all those corps these days.
But in saying that we still have a strong group of players we managed to poach from other online games *cough*EQ*cough*
Thus as a result we have more players in STK now than we ever have had. They are also good players as well.
So...
- STK is a well established corp with some where in the vicinity of 10billion+ assets.
- we are small in numbers but we prefer quality over quantity
- We aim to be an all time zone corp. But we lack euro players more than anything else.
- We have a strong aussie contingent.
- We are a friendly and helpfull bunch
- We let players do there own things and once a week ask for help in a corp mining op or some op of some type to help us out. We run ops as much as we can, but generally the ops are for the players, thus if we ran a mining op 7 days of the week, one would be for the corp.
- We have ore/mineral payment plans to buy mined ores or refined mins. This gives different levels of play for people, some prefer to make life easy and sell to the corp so they dont have to deal with logistics of moving mins or training refining skills etc
- We own almost every single tech 1 bpo including 6 of the 8 BS bpo's
- We own a substantial amount of tech 2 BPO's with access to others through the alliance.
- We are part of the xetic federation alliance
- We have a daily average corp turn over of 50mil a day
- With our funds we purchase more bpo's where we can to stay competitive in the tech 2 market
- We give corp members most basic items for no cost
- We cover every single aspect of the game, mining, trading, sales, research, production, diplomacy, deep space mining, pvp, NPC farming.
- We dont have a very strong pvp group, we want one. (most of them quit eve
 )

So, any special stuff you must have or do?
I might be interested, but, I can't mine to save my life. Got mining 1 and I'll be damned if I care to train it higher than that.
All my skills, about 1,7m atm, is focused on combat. More precise Amarr ships and Lasers.
Prefer to shot NPC or players, whatever is closest.

Hi there,
having played alongside with STK for nearly a year, I can tell you they are pretty good guys. Joining them would be a good idea.
... although you rated beeing XETIC only as the 10th most important fact about you ..... ;-)

requirments for our corp is to be friendly and helpfull to those in the corp.
I dont care who joins as long as they are even just verbally active in the corp channel. Good conversation during quiet times helps alot of people :).

We have top production staff, skilled combat pilots, feverish agent runners and even a few miners. Only requirement is to bring your own supply of otters. We're getting a little low last I looked. I think that ERIS DISCORDIA nicked a few of mine a bit back.
