Indeed. If you're doing video or 3D modeling and animation work, these are fantastic. Using them for gaming would be ridiculous and you would get very poor performance. Anyone thinking of getting this card for gaming should do some searches on this card and others of this caliber (such as the old Oxygen cards). They will be SERIOUSLY disappointed (you'll be lucky to get the same performance as you'd get from an 8800 - and probably much worse depending on the status of the drivers). If these cards are being intentionally sold for this price, then... well, that's really odd and I'd be curious to know the reason. The Quadro does have a good reputation, so it can't be due to flaws.

They all seem to differ, some do a delay some are pretty quick.
