I can easily afford to play ... finding the cash for a new laptop is a whole other issue.
Stop playing till you can afford to buy that laptop -----------------------------------------

Originally by: Rufus MacMaranth Whether you like it or not a subscription model for playing does set some expectations amongst its customers about continuity of service.
The continuity is only for your account on their database, they could simply stop releasing clients for free and make it a pay per download, because the EULA you accepted gives them the power to do so.
enjoy your bytes onto a MsSQL Database -----------------------------------------

Well, tbh, it gives them the power to shut up shop tomorrow and say bye to everyone as long as they stop taking your money. Your point is?

Pointing at the EULA is fun, but meaningless. All I was doing was pointing out the absurdity of you pointing at the EULA. It pretty much says 'this is our game and we can do as we please'. This makes every single post on these forums complaining about anything a complete waste of time from your point of view.
So, ...
I'm not the one whining about Prices of laptops to play EVE now, am i?
and, i bolded the obvious part everybody should know from the EULA. |
