SO thought sod it, used my isk char on this account n sent 500mil to it logged it in on the account managment no hours for plex so... I now have an account with 500mil on to buy a plex and i cant log it in ccp wth

The GMs have been on the forums with excuses and pleas for patience but it looks like a lot of the 20% was carved out of support. Just saying. EVE shall be purged by fire - please Gods let them ALL burn in Jita.

Could it be that: If you activate Hours for PLEX and decide not to use a PLEX to reactivate during the 4 hour period, this feature will be automatically disabled for your account. To create a petition out-of-game GÇô select 'Support' from the EVE Websites dropdown in the top right, then click 'Create New Petition' in the left-side navigation. Or go here. Then follow instructions. And account/billing petitions are usually resolved quite fast. At least looked at.

You aren't allowed to access that feature anymore.

Being stuck, account issues, in general gameplay stopping seem top priority and handled very fast.
