I guess you'd have to look back when Omega was in Stain. That is around sometime that Duke thought up C4 which never got off the ground. After Omega got kicked (left?) Stain they joined CA. And a bit after that Duke created C4 and corporations like TTI, Zoners, Stronghold Corp, and a few others I cannot remember joined as members. So they are members of CA, but they do work very closely with the CA military in some of the military operations they run. I consider C4 the "special operations fleet" of CA. :)

c4 is a power block in the ca in theory
say a ca corp and a ca/c4 corp had an issue that the ca leaders vote on
favor leans to the c4/ca guy over the plain ca guy right out of the bag becouse the c4 guys are not gonna let one of there own fall from grace get explushed out of ca now the other guy needs to get 4-7 guys on his side just to chatch up in the votes vrs the c4/ca guy
only time will tell if the current c4 will stick by each other as at one time c4 was 4 corps 2 inactive low active and 2 others the two others were sw and oc and a lil bit before oc left stain it seems they had a bit of a falling out |

Russian team is another example of something similar to C4 within the CA i guess.
We focus mostly on PvP though, bit of other stuff to make some cash, but it's only to fund our pvp really.
