Unable to patch on Mac, I get the following error:
There was an unexpected error while retrieving update status:
Unable to download file mac/evepremiumpatch288329-292761-mac.tgz from the server.

edit- this is on the pc Unsure of when CCP introduced this gem, but corp hangars were closing in Incarna 1.1 as well.
@ CCP: Also, I noticed that the icons that identify exploration signatures have changed. What other changes were made, but left undocumented?

My client is Mac OSX
After these patch, my interface can not show chinese words, they are shown like this, [][][][][] ...
and, in the configuration window, there is also an "unknow" language option shown [][][][]..
How do I solve this issue? |

Patch tool is useless on 64 bit windows with when installed to large hard drive. Patch tool reports not enough disk space available to do the patch job, this is after downloading required files.
Installed drive has 2.78TB of free space available, ie more than the 32bit barrier of 2TB |

strange wasnt doing it for me yesterday, mind i did have the window stacked with teh s&i window which dosnt close when you undock and dock.

pc client
i have machines i use for eve.
one is athlon 2 250 with nvidia 9600GT graphics wind windows 7 64 bit, this one works fine after patch
other is intel P4 HT with nvidia 8800GT graphics with windows 7 32. this one has an issue
now everytime i start client, it shows splash screen and then nothing, but leaves the exefile.exe running in the task manager.
i have cleared the cache and settings files and run the repair tool. |

PC Client on Windows 7
I cant login normal and patch. Patch is opening a window where i have to put in Administrator Password, this doesnt work.
Instead i am now logging out and log in as Administrator, only way to start the patch.
This sucks, there is something wrong here.
Also normal Windows 7 doesnt have Administrator account, you need to know how to unhide and deal with it.
This is a game, shouldnt really be that painful and it wasnt before the last 2 patches.
Please fix this.

spotted a couple of things not quite right
updated the graphics driver
spotted cmos battery is crippled, and machine thought it was 2005, so changed date and time.
no change. |

The Undock button in the Neocom works at best sporadically for me now. I have to walk over to that button on the balcony in the CQ to undock.

PC Windows 7, 64 bit. Going to esc menue and selecting log off. Client becomes unresponsive. I can't even force it to close from task manager, I have to restart the computer. No such issue before patch.
Edit: I left it alone running in the background this time. It did eventually close after approx five minutes. Before patch choosing this option would return me to the log in screen, client just closes now.
And forum question - why isn't there a proper "I mad" emoticon? I'd like one - like now. |

Modules (some low and some medium) appeared off-line when ships were changed within a station.
I'm using the PC client.
Congratulations on a repair.exe that actually works.
Now, maybe the update setup program can be made to work with the next update. |

I had the same issue before the patch (but after overstressing my old laptop, so it is rare)... so I made a shortcut for the Undocking, which works as it is supposed to be.

Updater says downloading update but nothing happens it just sits there - cant login until its patched due to protocol version.
Win7 64 bit btw.
UPDATE - performed repair and now downloading ok. |

CCP can you please tell me why everytime I download an update it corrupts my whole CCP folder and repair falls to run correctly causing me to download the whole client again. It's getting to be real pain and was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. |

Confirming this behaviour for the first ship with grouped weapons boarded. Subsequent boarded ships maintained the weapon group. |

Yours only just started doing that? Mines been doing it for weeks.. Just resize the window it fixes that.. and the Details Window.. which is also bugged and hasn't been fixed.
Ammo wise, don't know about others but that appears to have been fixed, because I no longer get 'you can't load this ammo type' all the time..
Those who are having problems with the Ammo etc may want to clean out their Cache's.. just in case and make certain that you got:
Patch 99mb (aprox)

memory leak is still here btw.
4 clients(yes i know i must ahve a super computer..lol) 3 in space 1 docked, primary client got up to 0.9gb ram used, 2nd client got up to 0.8 gb ram used 3rd client was 0.6gb used and the one docked not doing anything was at 0.5gb used. all with no station environment loaded
prior to the crap that is incarna all clients at all times never went above 0.5gb used. and while i have 8gb of ram i find it unacceptible that you havnt address an issue that you intorduced with the bullshit man barbie patch.
while i understand to you that the issues and feebback thred after you patch are showing less issue, i belive that just because less people are playing and the ones that are mostly just expect the same wanky crap patches you have shoveled out in the last 18months. its either that or people relise that after the first couple of hours after a patch you all pat yoruself on the back saying awesom patch guys and ignor all feedback that is push out to you after that point.
please fix all the ******* bugs you cook up every dam patch.
CCP-áare full of words and no action. We watch what they do and its nothing but false statements and lies.

This, it happened to me 3 or 4 times after autopatching the client
Also I would like to report a terrible bug that happened two times to me and 1 time to a corp member:
during the warp to gate after log in, the client keep crashing at the same distance from the gate making it impossible to play the game (because I can't avoid my ship to auto-warp to the last place I logged off)
This forces me to uninstall EVE and re-install it from zero!
Last time this happened was this morning, I was in Jita and my Iteron MKIII was warping to Sobaseki gate... then crash crash crash!
EDIT: I'm using last patch, OS: win XP |

logged off in space in mah drake. Logged back on and my cloak was offline (yeah i know cloaking drakes...)
also when two clients are open i often have this error:
click on overview on client A and and do something > target carebear etc
click on client b and do stuff > jam carebear etc
click anywhere on client A again, last clicked window immediately moves to the cursor position, in this case the overview
this error only happens infreqently so is hard to reproduce but is very annoying
im using a pc client btw |

I was podded and when I tried to undock I got the message "Your ship is stuck, as server does not think that it is in a hangar. Please contact customer support to resolve this problem." I ignored it and pressed undock again and undocked in my pod. Not a problem, but certainly a bug.
This happened today (14 Sept) at 11:58 Eve time, with a fully patched client running Win7. |

Turret models are disappearing from ships in space completely at random.
I'll pull my ship out of a ship hangar array and it will look fine, and I'll do absolutely nothing for a while only to look back at my screen and see my turrets have disappeared from the ship model. |
