Posted - 2009.01.25 12:01:00 - [1] I have been away from EVE for some 6 months or so and without reading through ten ton of forum stuff i was wondering how the lag is in large fleet battles,or if you still get big blobs of impassable carriers at choke points ect ect. thnx. imp

AFs are more viable then ever, most BC and below class ships got faster/stayed the same and got an agility boost Webs only do 60% now so ABs are useful in PvP more then before by alot Scrammers (not jammers though) shut off MWDs when used on a target. Tracking has apparently gotten worse, or so I've heard. The problem seems to be much worse on drones, mediums are no longer good anti-frigs Amarr got a stealth boost/everyone else got a stealth nerf apparently and if you want to win you fit pulse lasers Matar are still waiting for Santa to come down the chimmney. um...What you knew as GTCs (Game Time Cards) are now called PLEXs (Pilot Liceince Extensions) and start at 60 days for around 700 Million isk. Oh, and the last thing, Chibbra found the ingame peice of joke code left by the developers and took control of everyone who had on 'Slave' Implants for short time before returning them to their owners. Or so he said. Proving once again that you should never put implants in your head meant to inslave you, nothing good can come of that. Signatures are annoying...kinda like me.

Cloaks are still open to all ships. All in All , pvp still sucks and is borring.

Merely pointing out that this question is asked approximately once every 48 hours in the forums. My best advice to people returning would be: + Read the dev blogs surrounding each release. + Read the changelog / release notes.
