Why do you even bother Halseth?
PA's policy has been complete and utter deniability of anything that has ever possibly laid the hint of incorrect action by any of the members of your alliance.
You may as well just say "**** off, we're right and you're talking bull****. Regardless of the 700 people who were there, have watched the videos, read the logs, heard the TS, been shot at, lied to, shat upon and downright backstabbed... oh and here's some more spin to try and make you look like you are lying."
Dunno who told you mixmaster reimbursed us but they lied to you. As many of your members have done in the past and continue to do today. I asked *you* on three consequtive occasions to get it fixed. So don't say I never came to you coz it's absolute lies. I then went to Raven De Blade to get it fixed because it became plain you couldn't sort out a **** up in a brewey and would spout one thing when your alliance would do something completely different.
It still never got fixed.
CDI caused this war.
One myself and the rest of the north tried everything to avoid.
But you have nor have ever had any semblance of control over the PA. Just ask sharkbigdog.
Don't bother wasting your breath telling yourself otherwise because I'm sure no-one else is listening anymore. To me or you.
Gafton: go back to make believe land. Or even better, come up to BKG and have a fight instead of spouting rubbish on the forums that you don't have the balls to back up with action.

Wonderfull move m'dear. Take my open letter to the NVA (that you probably leaked to eveguardian) from months before the PA was formed, and post it as "treachery". 
This was an idea proposed to the entire alliance from the FE who stated they were changing from pirate based into a legit alliance. I simply supported it. After much discussion and debate on the subject, everyone (including myself) came to the conclusion that this was not in our best interest and was scrapped.
However, m'dear you took it as more of a threat than everyone else because you had based your entire NVA carrer on the propagation of FE hatred. Without someone for you to forum war with, you would lose what you desire most in eve; forum notoriety.. (Ironicly, this endless propagation of forum hatred you could not control is what led to your eventual ejection from Venal)
FYI, The eventual NAP with FE (who at the time had dropped piracy and became a legit alliance) had nothing to do with the original offer. A NAP is not an alliance or a marriage. It is two parties saying "I wont shoot at you if you dont shoot at me" Also, the entire PA agreed that the NAP was a good idea since we hadnt had any conflict with them for close to 2 months. And BTW, FE maintained that NAP with diligence and honor. I wish the same could have been said of our NAST allies.

Something tells me I must have scored a palpable touch when the Pheonix Alliance moves out again to threaten me with insignificance and obscurity, its rather sweet really. You chaps must think I lay awake at night staring at the holorepresentations of stars and and fearing the loss of name and infamy or some such tosh. Ah well, my purpose in repeating monsieur Halseth's words (which were spoken scant hours before Jericho Fraction was ejected from the TiNA entity that superceded the Phoenix Alliance) was merely to catch him in the spotlight of another lie and that result suitably achieved I shall slip back into merciful obscurity and hide under a bed from the shadow of the PA Snake Daddy come to spank my rear one day.

Ok, Im done. We have gone in circles debating our different views on these matters for months. We both understand eachothers positions and interpretations but we will never see eye to eye or agree on who is wearing black and who is wearing white in this conflict.
Sooo, lets save our fingers just agree to disagree. 
P.S. I'd like to send a shout out to KIAjugger. THe PA "medal of battle prowess" is in the mail.

Gafton you obiously havn't been in the north for sometime. When I can travel from BKG to Torrinos 3 times in a single day without running into a single PA ship (save for the fox hole you have dug into in BKG). When Everytime I make a jump I face the disapointment of seeing the only ones in Local or bands of Friendlies searching for PA ships. I see this everyday. How can you possibly have the gall to say the NCA is dieing.
Last night in BKG even our 4 Battleships 2 Cruisers and 1 Inty sat outside your stations, 7 of us, 15 of PA in local. Shortly after we abandoned the post I warped back to the station to see now 7 PA Battleships and various support craft proudly sitting outside the station?
The PA is afraid to face us even with greater numbers, they rarely patrol their own space and NCA mining forces have moved into Venal space. It sure is a shame we are dieing though.

The NVA was showing *****s way before the PA came be..
The reason from my angle was Jade acting in what she thought was in the best interest of the alliance but infact had exactly the opposite effect..
Hounding our enemies in the FE against us hiring former FE members to ghost them Jade had big plans.. Too big imho. Even tho NVA "council members"(As the council was defunct MIB was set in charge) didn't agree she did what she wanted anyways.
Then come the sudden FE denouncement of piracy and the NVA was Offered an Alliance with the new and improved FE..
And YES there were talks.. It was considered as a VERY serious offer.. But at the end of the day it was declined.
Jade becomes furious.. She starts arguments in the alliance channel posting forumlogs and chatlogs.. The NVA was in flames.. And from the ashes the PA rose.
The other stuff I'm not gonna comment on as it all happened while I was away from the north and figting in the south.
But I do know this tho..
I'm ASHAMED to be a part of this community tbh. Cause you guys are all acting like a bunch of kids. I had expected more from you.. Especially DBPreacher, Gafton and Halseth

Well Diamond Dog, I donÆt disagree with you on the NVA break-up actually, in retrospect its very easy to see that the northern industrial corps (Oberon, CDI, Rona) had become very tired and distanced from the Forsaken Empire war, whereas the southern fighters (RKK, Celestial, Millenium, Deathstar) and others were still urgently committed. I was an enthusiastic support of the war myself because I honestly believed the NVA could not exist side by side with Biomass/Forsaken Empire. And I did employ assassins, mercenaries, regional guerillas and all sorts of irregular forces to aid our war effort, so yes, I take you point, my actions were certainly on the side of the Hawks not Doves in the NVA and I can also see that for corporations wanting peace with the enemy my presence and name was a total embarrassment at that time.
I was furious, and I felt justifiably so, for while our southern fighters were engaging the Forsaken Empire with virtually zero support from the northern Industrials here was Halseth having polite chit-chats with the enemy leaders and proposing political union of all things!
Yes I certainly went to town in alliance communications and spoke exactly what I thought of the proposal. HalsethÆs pro union manifesto was the final straw for me and I wanted a vote then and there to see it rejected. 24 hours later there was a kind of vote, but it was the ejection of Jericho Fraction from the NVA to allow Halseth and co a free ride to reform the alliance in directions of their choosing.
Part of this was certainly a valid powerplay from effective political schemers that wanted to seize control in the north and to be quite frank, the worst thing about the whole deal is the dishonesty shown by some in the wake of those days of brutal turnarounds and vicious rhetorical vendetta.
