I was flying a frigate with only two guns. ammar. he always forget you need ammo. so I actully lost one gun and gave him the ammo :P I still won without going into to armor, but I did toy with him :) this was my science alt, no combat skills, ammar frigate 2. that's it :P
MooKids Caldari Dark Echo Engineering	Posted - 2009.02.01 23:21:00 - [6] Well, it wasn't solo, but once in my old corp, we used a Scorpion, Tempest, couple Blackbirds and 2 frigates to take on one BS and over 100 newbie frigates. I guess it wasn't our limit, cause we slaughtered them all and got away undamaged.

Fully passive drake with fof's... Kinda means you need 20 starter skill rifters on you to break the tank and since they drop like flies I would reckon around 50 or so? Most other fits need WAY less assuming the pilots know what they are doing (fitting damps and crummy small nos/neuts spread out across the whole group). Eg if you know you are up against a disco abbadon you bring loads of kestrels that will keep the abbadon at 20+km.

But then I realized that most of the noob frigs would have small lasers/autocannons/blasters and therefore would need to get real close. So I'd basically throw 8 smartbombs on a bs and then the rest would be tanking gear.
