Character Sale of Hapenburg to evn7289
evn7289 scam confirmation
Give out your API and we may have something to talk.
Else, guilty until proven innocent. And if you are, you should have checked the rep of the character before you even bought it. |

What is the difference between him and evn7289 and xabier. All three did the same thing, they stole money the belonged to someone else.
I will not give my API out, as I do not TRUST cosmoray (or anyone in this community right now) with it. I run a production business, I do not want people to know who my clients are.
Scammers are fair game here. Nothing like stealing from a thief.
And who said anything about passing me the API? Give it to one of the other auditors: Shar or Kazuo. If you don't trust me, trust them. If they find nothing, then I'm wrong and i'll apologise accordingly. If not: . |

I think the fact is that MD happens to trust Cosmoray more than we trust you. |

Good eyes to spot that but i'm not so sure. looking at the '7289', it should be the same height as the top of the 'd' but we don't see that.
Just nitpicking as we appear to have an hero anyways. |

So you believe scamming people to be acceptable?
We generally declare open season on scammers and their known alts, so yea.
Scam the scammers.
Originally by: Benedic Scamming a scammer doesn't absolve you of scamming, enjoy your reputation.
I would mark it as 'kill' for Cosmoray. Getting back at scammers at their own game doesn't happen too often. |

Originally by: Viper ****zIe Scamming a scammer is still scamming. You can't chose to scam only when it can be justified as "morally acceptable", there's no ambiguity here, either you scam or you don't, either it's wrong or it's right.
Originally by: Viper ****zIe By that logic I could scam anyone to reclaim any isk I've lost and it would be acceptable, at the end of the day I'd just be reclaiming my losses right?
Hey though, if you accept scamming then more power to you.
As we believe in Kill Rights, we believe in Scam Rights.
Since we don't have any legal recourse (bounty is an utter joke), vigilante justice is what we can dispense.

Is it even possible to quit your corp, get a buyout and complete a character transfer in less than 40 minutes (2/2 4:39 time of corp leaving, 2/2 5:13 character reported transfered by a '!')? If so that's an all time speed record. If not, it's scamming on the official character sale forum -- definitely a nono.
Looks like that poor Tristel guy just can't get a break buying a character. A '!' apparently bought evn instead, even though a buyout was offered.
Actually its Tristel's alt.
And Tristel's Char sale history is quite long too...
