Well i'm going to start running level 4s again but this time with two accounts.
I will be using the dodixie agent for Fed Navy missions.
One char will use a domi and go in gain aggro tank + assign 5 ogre IIs to other character who is in a 3x Mag Stabbed megathron.
Domi will also tractor/salvage all loot.
Taking into account bounties,rewards salvage and loot which I will refine at a 99.5% rate.
Overall what do you think on average my isk/hour would be.
(Im leaving out LP as that seems to be quite shaky in terms of Isk/lp ratio)

With 2 chars, salvaging and selling the loot. Prob 30M+ p/h. |

i do about 70 mill minimum average/hour, thats with a torp/cnr + domi tank

Approx 50 mil/h on average. 2x cruise missile Golems in damage focused setups. As a result of non-optimal agent location have to do all missions offered instead of picking the 'profitable' ones, so this figure contains also the crap missions. |

Revise your expected income a bit, there is heavy mission busting going on in Dixie, some are just after salvage and co-exist peacefully others just want aggro.
Expect to lose your mission item if the later joins you.

Dod and several other mission places have lots of can flippers.
I missioned for like 3 months and had 1 person scan me down and enter my mission space - this was outside Dod.
I was missioning in Dod and it was like 1/3 missions I had can flippers arriving.
I moved out of Dod and I've had 1 person scan my mision and enter it in the last about 3 months.
I still move some of my junk to Dod as they seam willing to pay 'extra' as its so far from civilisation. I even had one idiot mail me in-game complaining I was 'selling stuff too cheap and ruining it for everyone'!
Dodites are a different breed.
