Are we going to see happy carebear land in 0.0 forever or something else...?

To give you the broad strokes it'll have some clauses about the following issues: 1. NC, TheSwarm and TCF promise to reset each other. Also, ExE and -A- must reset each other. All pets will be permitted to keep space provided they do not take space from other former pets. 2. Atlas is to be given a piece of space adjacent to all the people who want to shoot them in the face (which is everyone so that means they get a bit of sov everywhere) 3. Anyone who flew for Ken (TAFKAB) must join THE INTERNET. 4. Moon income from Delve (insanity) will be split among the victorious powers and the current residents (ExE, Skunks, etc.) Some pets may also get some r64 moons depending on how many cap fleets they suicide over the next month (go for it KIA).
