Make them auto-attack any player who sits on a gate for longer than five minutes. Add a popup message giving players fair warning after three minutes, then count down until the guns fire. Doesn't affect scan probes or station camping, warfare or any other kind of PVP. -- Eventus stultorum magister.

Now that I think about it, you could easily stay in a safespot then converge on a gate for under five minutes if you had scouts confirming a target or targets were moving up the pipe towards you.

I've safely flown a pve fitted battleship solo up and down from empire to 0.0 with no opposition. Most gatecamps are on the 0.0 side of losec.
