Can't wait to see how these perform and what kind of roles they can play.
Anyone hear if there will be T3 Frigates in the future?
Side note, can anyone get on to Singularity? I keep getting incompatible release/build messages even though I have patched it.
I assume it's because of testing the T3 ships.

That is a good looking ship. Minnies have really turned around on the aesthetic side of things (Hurricane...yum). Guess they got tired of feeling like they were in garbage scows next to the hated Amarr gold shiny ships.
Which makes me wonder how Amarr will be with this. In general they have some of the sexiest ships in game. Hope that tradition continues.

That's some sex right there. I have weird tastes though, I also think the Phoon and Raven are among the best looking in the game. That mix of heinous shapes and malformed edges, angles, and lines has the right spice IMO. Who wants their death machine to be shiny and cute anyways? It should look like it just clawed its way out of hell and lost a few bits and pieces along the way. |

On the one hand I think it's awesome that CCP's releasing real ships for Minmatar use.
On the other hand I'm disappointed that they stopped dropping powerful electromagnets into piles of scrap, pulling them out, and calling them completed minmatar ships. |

I haven't flown the Loki yet, but I was impressed by my armor tanking Tengu... yes, nano-tard, armor tanked caldari anyone?
I love how the ships outside appearance changes with the subsystems. That and I really gotta see if it's possible to fit minmatar subsystems on caldari or amarr or vice verse, that might look nuts if it affects anything

The models for the first 3 modules of each type (except engines, it has 2) are in the current SiSi build, you can check them out with TriExporter or any other program that can read CCPs files.
They look quite nice, even without textures. Layered armour plates and all.

Very correct. Someone (I can't for the life of me remember who) said at Fanfest this year that they are trying hard to show that Minmatar are evolving from their makeshift ships to a more professional, mature design with sturdy ships that no longer look entirely like construction scaffolds. Minmatar are the "youngest" spacefaring race, and as such, they're ships are aestethically "younger" than the others, but they are growing up. :D
