wrangler said 1.5Gb, but I hope they don't limit themselfs based on that. they should get as much in as possible.

Probably a lot of improvements of previous downloaded stuff went into the 700+ GB last patch. But I guess not all is in yet, one thing we can realy be sure of. It will be a monsterpatch

Well, i would say some files from the second patch were part of the first patch too, so a final patchsize may be somewhere between 1 - 2 gb (taking into account that several models + textures are still missing).

yes. the ppl with narrow bandwidth will be delighted :P
i heard and/or assume it will use the BITS thing, using a smaller patchsize for core files, and then background transfer for the new content so you actually can play "shortly" after the patch and not wait days :P

i think he is talking about the installed version, which is somewhere around 4,5 - 4,8 gb now

Yeah he was talking about the size of current install. Also remember something about 4,5 GB being copied when I did it for my second sisi client. But you realy can't just use it in determing patch size, as a lot of files are already on your pc. And just an updated version is in the patch.

mine displayed about 7XX MB, but it splits the traffic by ip. If your firewall only displays ALL traffic that service produced it may be a lot higher
