Holy Crap!
The only alien ideas in this post are references to other games or Genres. If that's the extent of the original thinking that would go into the Aliens, then I would prefer to have a story line that turns out being: A dream Sequence (spooky)
Yeah, fighting the V'trx, Cyclones, Mon Calamari, Howard the Duck, or even a mix of all of the above sure would be cool!(a Cybernetix Alf with 6 ******* would be pretty nifty)
Or...I know! A race of Friendly humanoids comes to visit Caldari Prime offering medicine and Enlightenment to all Mankind. However, thanks to the wily reporting of a Network Camera man and a beuatiful reporter, the 'Guests' are exposed as evil Lizard men in Disguise bent on harvesting humans as food!!!
The Letter G becomes the symbol of resistance. What does it mean? Guest? or Get-em!
Now, that is originality!

The game does contain textures called "Alien1", "Alien2", etc methinks.
dunno what those will be used for, Rogue Drone textures perhaps.
I want to see more bloodlines, none player playable but with a few of their own ships anyway. Simply make em fly around, randomly offer a mission to someone every now and then and reward them with something special if they complete it.
Some "alien" transport could be under attack 100km from a stargate you just approached, you would get a pop up explaining the situation and you could then chose to help them or not.
Perhaps youll get a funky new bpo, or a cool ass faction ship. Rawr

There are no plans for alien races to be introduced in EVE that I am aware of. There is still a lot of content that hasn't been introduced, including the Jovians, that will make it into the game before anything like the races from the Alien, Predator, or V movies/shows are added. Not to say that it can't happen, just that there are no plans for it now.

Eve gate opens back up and Earth ships flood in with crazy-advanced technology and Jove genetic modifications done correctly (i.e. not ugly and no Jove wasting disease). Crazy particle weapons that make Jove weapons look like popguns.
Stuff like that.

theres more, but i didnt list em all.
anyway, cant we have just one game without some malevolent, unstoppable alien species? all of those games i listed had that same type of alien... some sort of apparently unstoppable energy being or biotechnic organism that was bent on human destruction for no particular reason, much akin to the zerg, or the borg, or cylons, or any number of other alien races that have been thought up. EVE is a game about humans, and human conflict. aliens of that order would just cheapen the game, and aliens that have the same tech as the players do now wouldnt add anything except new names and avatar pictures.
personally i like the eve gate opening idea best.. here comes the earthlings, and they want their land back
