Phoebe has been successfully deployed to Tranquility!
The release brings a whole host of new changes, including Invention Updates, changes to travel in New Eden, the new Mission Objective Guidance System, the addition of unlimited skill queues, changes to trial account restrictions, multisell!, changes to exploration content and significant changes to the user interface that should allow easier and more efficient piloting of your spaceships!
You can check out an overview of all these features in CCP Seagull's "Coming to EVE Online with the Phoebe Release" dev blog, and find more granular details in the full patch notes.
Most of all remember to fly safe.

When setting up an advanced BUY order, entering prices "below Regional average" gets a red warning despite being beneficial to the buyer while setting up buy-prices "above Regional average" gets a green warning despite being bad for the buyer.... it should be the other way around for both. Advanced SELLING works correctly (with "below Regional average" being bad for the seller and thus red and vice versa).

Bookmarks in space look bad, with the pin being a scaled-up (red: blurred and ugly) version of normal pin icon, and not centered with the blue brackets of the BM icon. No option to turn off bloody compass, which has pushed module icons further to the right, into my overview window, and the icons to the left into my other window. Good job, UI team. Mouse-over-compass activation of sensor overlay settings window is weird and inconsistent with any other instance of settings I can remember. |

Staring launcher, downloading and applying patch without errors, login without problems.
Launcher -> Options -> Patches -> Export -> "launcher.exe found a problem and is shutting down"
Worked like charm in the past. Delete patch after applying is unchecked, of course. Changing language won't fix it (tested with english and german)

For example, copying a Photon Microprocessor BPO (ME 10 / TE 20) with the settings "Job runs 1, runs per copy 8000" asks for 160.000 (0.16 million) reports (screenshot). I have checked about a dozen different types of BPOs now, the problem exists with all of them. |

Has the sensor overlay visual 'sweep' animation been dropped in favour of the one on the compass? If not, it's missing.
Also, the notifications button appears to ignore window layering order. No matter where I move it on my UI, it's always on top of any other window I open up and really quite obtrusive. |

Market Orders Limit;
Buying / Selling on behalf of the corporation is capping out based on the total corporation orders rather than the limit of the character making the order.
Char has 28/37 Orders open when not using the corp wallet. Char has 83/37 Orders open when using the corp wallet.

This was a defect we fixed for Phoebe. Input materials should be required when increasing the number of 'JOB RUNS' or increasing the number of 'RUNS PER COPY'.
I missed this from the the patch notes and they will be updated accordingly.

Looks like the interface is now slow to come online after undocking. Maybe it is only my impression - but it is noticeable when I try to warp to some location after undocking - the interface is still not active for about 3-4 seconds. Is this the result of overlay ? |

hi, are you having issues with the character you're posting from or some other character?
There are issues with selling items for characters who have the Trader role and not Accountant.

Uhm... while doing that, take a look at market prices and quantity available... If I get it right there are roughly 5m Reports available in New Eden on sell orders and the given example would result in 16000m-¦ of Reports needed. If he does 31 jobs there won't be any Reports left ingame

I can confirm that. There is about 2 sec delay after clicking an item in overview or on the screen. But the delay is ONLY for the first-time selection: after being selected once, every item selected in Overview 2nd time comes up in Selected window immediately (is there some kind of local buffering applied here or what ?). While not a disaster when flying - for pvp this may spell a disaster...please look at it.

Further to my last post, it seems as though the slow update rate of the Selected Item window for new items that appear on the overview is only for new pilots that you have not previously selected and may have something to do with loading the character portrait. The controls are seemingly unresponsive or work on the previously selected item during the time at which the portrait is loading.
Perhaps it is possible to adjust the ordering or priorities of the parts of the window that load first so that controls update first and immediately while we wait for portrait to load so that at least we can interact with the new item in a correct and intended fashion. |

When stacking the Probe and Directional Scan window(like they used to be), you loose the ability to see the loading indicator. (The spinning wheel next to "pin"). It works fine when the windows are seperate, but can we please have full functionality back for the people without endless screenspace? :) I tend to use that load counter quite a lot when gathering intel in w-space. It tells me when the client is ready to gather new info for me. Also, Alt+D isn't an obvious choice as hotkey for the Probe Scanner, maybe change the Probe scanner hotkey and make Alt+D the Directional scanner, and then add the Dscan and Moon Scan shortcuts to the Scanner Tooltip like the the probe scanner is.
Also, a way to hide those windows in the neocom would be appriciated, 3 windows takes up 3 times as much space in the Neocom and there is no way of stacking them here afaik.
Would be cool if we could integrate the new notification system in the Neocom so placing it in the Neocom wouldn't make it cover other buttons. Widgets are cool, but only if your UI supports them. Again, with limited screen space, I find it hard to find a spot for this little bugger where it isn't just noise.
As for the Sensor Overlay, with this much intel in space, would it be possible to make so you can toggle of certain systems? I find the intel very valuable when scouting my chain, but having the Sensor Overlay open in my home system is like asking for an epilepsy seizure. It's so much noice. Would be nice to be able to choose it to at least be disabled in certain systems. ... Minor stuff: There seems to be a graphic bug with the new Sensor Overlay. If you disable the overlay and then change show/hide on ex. the anomalies, the white shadow surounding the signature will show untill you show/hide the overlay again. |

Something with the skilltimes in the skill-list is messed up. As soon as I add a skill to my skill-queue, the predicted time of some skills gets longer.
Example: Tactical Shield Manipulation has a predicted training length of ~14d 15h. After I add "Shield Upgrades" to my training-queue, it has now a predicted training length of ~17d 18h.

There is a problem with selecting drones...When selected in Overview window - they do not show up in Selected window. Or they show up randomly (now they show, now they don't). Also - the navigation buttons in Selected window are missing when a drone is selected. |

Some issues I have noticed so far:
The guiding light symbol doesn't turn into a checkmark in all cases after collecting the mission objective. One example is Guristas' intercept the saboteurs. It's the mission where you need to get the 50 crates of confiscated viral agent from a transport. After picking up the stuff the guidance stays as "warp into mission area". Possible reason is the mission having an additional requirement for completion, having the viral agent in the station with you.
Another issue is that if you select an object while landing on grid, the interaction buttons on the actions box stay inoperable until you reclick the target. Not exactly sure of the cause but the above seems to correlate.

I think the reimbursement of obsolete sleeper loot should have been handled differently. Items that were in CHAs were reimbursed to corp and now there is no way to tell who it belonged to.
You could have set up NPC buyorders for the same amounts for example and it would not have been an issue. |

Now in pop-up notification window if some notification pop-up and you can see it in history - you cannot find any unread notification in old mail system, they all shows like already read notifications. So because of this, if you switch off some group notifications, so they will not appear in history, you will not be able to see new notifications.
4. Why in notifications we cannot set some expire time? Why we need to see old notifications if we already read them and they not actual anymore?! Why we can't see or set in history only "last 24h" notifications and if we read them - they gone from pop-up history, but stay in mail system history, so we can read again them later or remove them.
5. Why we not able to delete or remove any notification from pop-up window history by right click on them and remove some of them, or remove group, set as "read" and they gone from notifications.

CCP will not change the CEO of your corp. I have tried petitioning this exact same thing when my previous CEO left game. If even 5% of the corp shares are available, initiate a shareholder vote to replace the CEO. If not, then you can petition.
BTW, do you have any full directors? They can change roles.

The sellers in Sinq stock 219.000, but it is still daft. My costs have gone up massively because of something they forgot to mention and with no reason given when they finally got round to mentioning it. |

Unfortunately this is the only active character in the corporation, since my other accounts are inactive at the moment. It's too bad that "Hours for PLEX" isn't possible anymore, as this would allow me to "abuse" the system and fix my issue myself. As for running for CEO, I'd rather not do that since I actually want my other character to be the CEO but most importantly it is too slow (takes over 24 hours, at which point I will have lost so much ISK I'll no longer be able to afford to both play for fun and for ISK). |

Another example: I just went and mined some Ore, went back into the station, moved the ore into my hangar and I'm not able to open up the "Sell Item" window. There is no corporation office in this station, it's just me and my hangar. |

If you have role Trader and not Accountant, selling any item is broke, that has too been fixed internally and should be deployed to you sooooon!

I know, you don't need them but there's an error if you have the corp role Trader and not Accountant that prevents you from using the Sell Items window. If that's your case, a fix will go out soon, if not, please file a bug report from the in game tool (bottom of the F12 window).

An issue: Trying to install manufacturing job for t3 hulls at subsystem assembly array but I cant do that - when clicking Install, it says "Your industry job could not be submitted" and when I hoover over the "Start" button, it says "Job duration has changed". What does it mean and what should I do to install the job?
btw The fact that you merged invention and reverse engineering, not reimbursing old t3 hull prints, nor increasing their ME/PE and rendering them worthless in the new system, sucks balls, good sirs. |

I can not drop items into new sell window either. I can drag item to new sell window, drop it, but it ignores my action and calls me mean names =( so sads~~~
However, I have some new datapoints for you; am a director, all roles granted since before phoebe, have positive available sell order slots for personal and corp, have tried with various different items and quantities, (initiated with 1 item, 2 different items, etc) (dropping same or different type items produce no addition to window)
I will log out and try it on a different character for more data and file bug report if needed.

I got 13D 18Hs on my skill training ingame, but with my attributes I should have it on 12D 5Hs. The current skill is: Caldari Cruiser lvl 5

After making a few tests, I found that the ingame training time is correct. EVEMon shows incorrect attributes (but correct training time) because of a change in the CharacterSheet API. Can't find a devblog mentionning that, it's only in the Patch Notes. |

I thought so too, but I can't see how that can be correct, because the skillplan I am currently running on this toon, had a total of some 113Days + some hours of training on it left as of yesterday nov 3, with the current attributes. Now it says 128Days... |

1) The dollar amount field is not big enough to display a 7 digit price (the cents are hidden on the right). This may be affected because I have my font size set to display at 1.05% in Windows 7 to make small numbers more readable.
2) If I right tab from the quantity field the amount is not automatically selected. This makes for more key/mouse strokes if I want to change the default 'buy' price to just under 'sell' price.

The game is not remembering my setting of "hide sensor overlay (no off button)". It resets after every system jump.
Please fix.

I run up to 6 clients, and up to 4 a time with perfect performance with a little frame rate drop if i load the last 2.
I am currently running 2 clients and my fps is stuttering between 55 and 60 pretty much constantly.
The only explanation i can offer is the new graphical directional thingy whatever it is around the shield/armour/hull rose.
I could happily ignore this useless graphical fluff if it didnt effect the performance of my clients, as it is i absolutely want a way to remove this non functional baggage.
I ALREADY know where everything is and the tools already in place were actually useable. A myriad of tiny dots sapping performance and too small to be useful doesnt seem to help anyone IMO.
I really appreciate that you gave us the option to turn the church bells off whenever someone logs on from my watchlist, can you also give us the option to disable this eyesore? |

Im having the same problem - cant see the whole number if over 9mio. - I would suggest that this field should grow if you make the sell window wider. There is lots of space if i make it as wide as my screen - just allow the price field to grow dependant on the window width.

Patch Notes: NPC buy order prices for Neural Network Analyzers and Sleeper Data Libraries have been increased to 200,000 ISK and 500,000 ISK respectively.
Current NPC buy orders remain at old prices. Hope this will be changed with tomorrows patch. |

You mean apart from all the trillion isk shuttles...
How about making the column player sizeable, or plastic? I can resize the whole window to give myself huge amounts of width, but I can't make it so that the ask price can fit the whole number for price items over 99,999.99 ISK.
All making my window wider gets me is a big bunch of wasted space in the middle.
I said I got to thinking it was a 'feature' because you [appear to] have prioritised ease of coding and aesthetics [in having a 'narrow' fixed width box] over the increased functionality but more complicated plastic or user sizeable box.
I don't agree with that choice... But then I'm not the one trying to code it.
I certainly could happily accommodate a fixed width box that went up to 99,999,999,999,999.99 .... But I appreciate that not everyone plays EvE on dual full hd 16:10 24" inch monitors.
Anyhow, I'm sorry you missed lunch ... So I hope you have an extra bonused sized dinner to make up for it.

After jumping through a Jump Bridge the Jump Fatique timer and the Reactivation timer comes up. When hovering over Jump Fatique timer - a text box comes up. It states the time of reactivation in the bottom of the text, that doesn't match up with the separate Reactivation Icon.

Like I said in the feedback thread the space where you are supposed to put the amount of stuff to sell is too narrow. I regularly set up sell orders for 100000+ units and it is really a pain to only be able to see four characters at a time in that field.

The text *should* say "Your next jump reactivation timer will be:"; this is the length that your *next* timer will be if you jump right now, not the length of the current timer (which is visible in the other tooltip).

If jump bridge fatigue is preventing you from getting to the 'good fites' I guess that would mean that you are part of something that currently has too much space.
The solution to this has been implemented in Phoebe, its now just up to the other players to help fix that for ya...by shrinking your foot print if you know what I mean.

As of a week ago I have two separate clean installations of EVE. One for low resolution client launches (when I'm trying to multibox), and one for fullscreen all-the-bells-and-whistles launches.
Neither installation, when using the launcher to enter the game, allows me to successfully connect to the NEX store. It reports as unavailable regardless of installation used.
The NEX store is unavailable regardless if I attempt to enter it from the character selection screen or after I've loaded into a character and am sitting in a station. NEX store is unavailable regardless of account.
I connect via Comcast from Chicago, Illinois, US.
An alliance member reported it as working for him, his location and service provider are unknown.
The store was available three days ago when I tried it using the new / fresh client installations.
Is anyone else experiencing NEX store unavailability since the Phoebe patch?

The store needs the security token from the launcher. Don't launch the client from the exefile.exe if you want to access the store.
They really should introduce settings profiles to the client launcher, for the reasons you described. Sadly it has fallen on deaf ears so far.

The way things are today, you need three of these things per run. As well as the cost and inconvenience of acquiring large numbers of these, given that a Data Sheet is 1m3, three of them are 60% the volume of the item you're going to produce. |

May I recommend while you are on it, remove Data Sheets as required material from Rig BPO's or would you see them as making sense in that regard.
1x Small Hybrid Burst Aerator BPO 125k NPC price. 1x Max run copy consuming 300 Data Sheets 42.3k isk (141 npc price).
so after just 3 max run copies one wasted credits for another BPO.

The D-Scanner has no default hotkey assigned in Phoebe 1.0.
"Alt + D" should have been assigned to the D-Scanner instead of the probe scanner. The need to use d-scan is often urgent, but the need to use the probe scanner is not.

This has happened 3 times now. In a cov ops cloaked at my safe in a wh. I warp to a wh I scanned down. Land on the wh at 0 and can't do anything (jump in, keep range, orbit, etc.) . Keep getting the message "you are in warp". I can however warp out away from the hole, so apparently I'm "not in warp". |

The new trade dialog needs some UI rework. The price input field is just too narrow to sell / buy anything a bit more expensive stuff. As you dont see all the numbers you have typed, you will be uncertain about the price. Probably same issue with the quantity field but that's not so issue. Please bring same kind of input fields that order dialog used to have before Phoebe. Wide enough and numbers were formatted to human eyes!

I disagree with feedback on Singularity not being taken into account because I changed multiple things based on feedback there (adding the % to the delta icon, adding the counter of market orders used and available). I also made the edits larger but apparently not large enough. But that will be fixed tomorrow (as stated multiple times).
It does not mean though that we will implement everything the players are asking for after having tried out features on Singularity, sometimes what they're asking for isn't feasible and sometimes we just don't agree. But most things are taken into account.

Soo, what your saying is, at some point in your production meetings for this release you all though, "hey i know, lets increase this material input requirement without telling anybody...that sounds like a great plan!".....yet somehow, you now are saying, that after meeting, you aren't even sure why this requirement is there? it's a known issue for characters that have the role of a Trader and not Accountant. will be fixed tomorrow.

I stopped trying to give meaningful SiSi feedback after several different teams of devs blatently said "we don't believe you" some time ago for various releases. And this was after the Incarna-gate and the renewed 'communication' and customer focus drive from the mouth of the CEO.
And all the things that get mentioned on the SiSi feedback forum way in advance of the patch, yet somehow make it to TQ in the same defunct state they had been on SiSi the whole time. With never so much a single dev response to them. But asked a much repeated question or make a silly gesture at a dev...and POW, there they are to respond to the ridiculous crap...yet they continue to ignore any real serious question/issue. And then when a dev does respond, its "well, i don't know because thats not my team..." (then why don't you tell the team whose problem it is? naaaa )
That is why alot of us stopped caring about feedback. Afterall, CCP decided that 'imbedded QA' would help them create a better product....yet somehow none of them think to check the feedback threads related to their teams project. No its not a 'job requirement', but it is being a responsible QA person...atleast check it once a week... |

Oh, in that case, yeah, Data Sheets are a massive pain all across the board. At the very least give them the Datacore treatment (1m^3 -> 0.1m^3) so that I can actually fit them into Design labs. Or just remove them. |

Punturis I want to start by saying that i love how the window look and can look past minor details like field sizes, etc and see the end result we will have in a week or so after few patches and more testing made by players.
I also love how You keep making this small changes that makes our life in excel online a little bit easier and I want to stress that I want more of them to come.
But this one I think went really badly one quite a few levels. I was one of many people that wanted this functionality and when You tweeted about it I was suuper happy. When I saw initial sisi implementation it was working great, little rough around the edges UI wise, but thats expected with prototype. It was a neat support function.
But then somewhere during testing it changed from support function to sudenly replacing old market sell window. thats where things went wrong imho. I'm not sure such vital element of game should be changed as small thing without full work on backstepping all curent implementation usqages and problems. Roles problems, not being able to sell without free order slots, etc
I'm sure You put Ypur best efort to make sure it will work corectly but we are talking spagethi code in here.
At the same time You put in new UI restrictions that should be game design decisions - limiting number of items sold to imidiate buy orders on number of open slots? Doesnt that deffet the purpose of this functionality? So I should train now to wholesale or higher to sell my thousends of stacks of items that where waiting for this patch to be sold without getting carpal tunnel syndorm?

Biggest issue, once again, is that you are using your Production server for QA testing. All of this should be unit tested prior to release. A lot of these issues could have been found by running sql statements even. You need to stop forcing us to be your unpaid QA testers on Tranquility. |

I cannot select the new bookmarks - the selected item box turns to "no item selected" - but still the tracking camera recognizes clicks on bookmarks and centers on them. Is this intended?
None of the hotkey-commands (align, warp to, etc.) work with the bookmarks on the overlay, which would be really really helpful (...warping to a bookmark is still very awkward. You can spam the "warp"-button to any selectable celestial in space, but warping to bookmarks in a hurry is a terrible click-fest - either spam right-click until the option appears, or whirl the mouse on the radial menu until the option appears, because otherwise the UI doesn't realize the panel is updated).
The way they currently are, the bookmarks are nice eye candy, but offer little to no actual improvement to the list in the people&places entry. |

It looks that by the time we have major issues from a new release fixed - a new release is on the way and the cycle repeats.

And - for God's sake - please give us the ability to switch off completely (w/o side effects like slowing down the interface) the COMPASS...it has no functionality, and it seems to slow down the interface quite a lot.

Market Order - item right-click menu - options are not consistent.
"Compare" is the bottom-most option - for most items. Should "Compare" be shown, at all? In the context of market orders, "compare" is not needed.
If "Compare" has to stay on the right-click menu, I would like to see "Cancel Order" moved to the bottom-most option, for every item.

I am also having interface problems due to CCP's new pretty compass toy. Have you ever hear the phrase "The ship is sinking and they are rearranging the deck chairs"? It's a reference to the Titanic. In the most general sense it means "To do something pointless or insignificant that will soon be overtaken by events, or that contributes nothing to the solution of a current problem", like adding a compass. Eve has a lot of problems, big ones, and the devs seem to be overwhelmed by the prospect of actually fixing them, so they make Eve look prettier while not addressing the underlying problems. If they cause a few problems adding pretties, well at least they have something small they can fix. And you forgot to tell them that QA means Quality Assurance, not Quit Attempting |

- I like the compass. It has alot of functionality for my playstyle. - The new BMs in space are great. - Multi sell is great (once the problems are fixed) - I enjoy bells and whistles. - I think the new release cycle is awesome. Never has EvE had so much improvments in such a short time.

Problem/Issue: Blackscreening on character appearance change.
Accidentally clicked on the character resculpt option on the station services area. Clicked no (Why is there no option to select neither character resculpt nor change appearance??) and was being taken to the change appearance thing. Hit escape to try to see if that would get me out of it, and it just never loaded. Screen went, and stayed black. Hitting escape further brought up the escape menu, but otherwise stuck at a black screen until I finally closed Eve.
For reference, this function does normally load without issue for me.
Edit: The new compass is fun, I like it. The bookmarks in space are freaking amazing though. |

I've tried moving the minerals into the exact same division as the BP.

Blueprint behavior in the industry window is back to that of Crius 1.0. That is, blueprints that are in use are not marked as such for several minutes, even if the option to not show blueprints in use is enabled.
Crius 1.0: I invent from a blueprint and it continues to sit in the industry window telling me it's available for use. Crius 1.X: I invent from a blueprint, and after just a few seconds it grays out telling me it's not available for use. Hyperion: I check off a setting. I invent from a blueprint and after just a few seconds it disappears from the interface. Phoebe 1.0: Same behavior as Crius 1.0
This is a major inconvenience and once again makes invention on a large scale more headache-inducing than it was pre-Crius. |

As you should notice - I said "For the most part..." - and I never assumed that my personal preferences are to everyone's liking. What I tried to say is this: fixing existing problems is more important than adding new shiny toys w/o much functionality - which in addition appear to negatively affect performance of the game in very critical areas - like pvp.
You should also notice that I hadn't said that the COMPASS should be removed - just that the option of running the interface w/o it should be provided. If someone loses 1 Bil worth of ship because there is 3 sec delay on targeting due to COMPASS running (?) and due to delay of targeting because Overview>Selected windows seem to have at least 2 sec lag on target - you are not going to reimburse him - are you ?
I don't know about you - but I actually pay my hard earned $$ for PLEXes - for my main characters and for the toons. Not because I can't make enough ISK to buy PLEXes - but because I think that developers of the game need cash if the game is to stay commercially viable.
So - apart from reasonable prioritising of the fixes vs adding new features - I think that gives me some small right to say what I think is an important. YMMV of course. |

Afterall, CCP decided that 'imbedded QA' would help them create a better product....yet somehow none of them think to check the feedback threads related to their teams project. No its not a 'job requirement', but it is being a responsible QA person...atleast check it once a week...

Despite all the feedback, said garbage is then introduced to TQ anyway, resulting in months of "iterations" to get it in a halfway useable state (unified inventory). GÇ£FeaturesGÇ¥ are then left half-finished (tooltip fiasco still awaiting split delay sliders for different types of tooltips GÇô promised 4 months ago) and left to fester away while they go off and break something else.
CCP never respond to people pointing this out, and I expect nothing different this time.

Drones are ignored in Overview...When a drone is selected in Overview - the Selected Items window defaults to the last selected ship other than the drone. I checked the Overview settings - nothing there which would indicate that sort of behaviour. Also - drone buttons are missing in Selected Items.
So - it is a bug.

Beside some reports, there are also Data Sheets (different name, but similar stuff - sold by NPC's for small price, and also 1m3) which are required for copying rigs blueprints (and some other blueprints, too) needed for invention of T2 rigs.
If i understood correctly, CCP's intention was to incite industry in null sec. With change to requirements for Data Sheets and Reports you are adding quite a lot of extra material which is only available from NPC's sellers, thus it is required to be shipped to Null sec regions, and with Phoebe and recent changes to Jump fuel requirements, you made process of shipping goods to Null sec more expensive and more time consuming.
So, now instead of 10 000 of Data Sheets, i would require 300 000 Data Sheets, which almost a full freighter load - and if i'm to produce small or medium T2 rigs, which are often used in PVP fits, it will impact significantly their price, almost to the point where it will be significantly cheaper to just buy finished rigs in Jita and ship them to null sec.
That does significantly impact the costs, and it is directly opposite of inciting industry in null sec. |

The problem for people like you and me is that CCP and the bulk of game developers(even turn based strategy games) think(or their marketing department more likely) that graphics is the "I win " button
So many games nowadays are released as new or updated when in reality all that is done is taking an old game engine from the 70's and adding a little shiny graphics on top. Often they add some new and welcome additions but cover them up in so much graphic fluff that it ends up being overall poorer than the old game they copied.
Eve being in its nature a bastard lovechild with both strategy and slight FPS type gameplay mixed have some serious UI issues due to this, mainly that players who see it as strategy want functionality above all else graphics can go take a hike, while the ones that play it more on the FPS style tends to anjoy some eye candy to go with the functionality.
Eve developers on the other hand appears to be in the hands of a marketing/art department that has little to no understanding of the words function before form. There are things like the font sizes that people have been complaining about since beta and which still remain for no other reason than that it would make windows look fugly if they allowed us to increase them to much(they even removed an old cludge fix where you could manually replace the fonts used)
So i guess i will just add my voice to yours and say CCP please allow us at least some influence on the ratio of graphical fluff vs finctionality in our UI(customizable preferably since people play the game in so many different ways) |

However, there is one thing that drives me nuts: You cannot use the radial menu in the System Scanner. Even if the sig is scanned down to 100% you cannot open the radial menu on the sig There is only the rmb-menu availabel... It would be nice if you could add the radial menu to the System Scanner window - at least for the sake of consistency
I know this is not a Phoebe issue but I'd open a beer or two if you guys could 'fix' this

this can`t be ment serious - to make a copy of lets say of a 3000 run of a "nanomechanical microprocessor blueprint" I need 60.000 reports - this is about one load with a nereus; and the reports don`t fit into the pos-labs, if you do a lot of copying like me. And to buy the required reports from an npc I need 140 buying processes
This is a non elegant solution.

No, you're misunderstanding the chain of events. We didn't change the quantities of reports at all, we just changed the way the code uses those quantities, so it requires the desired amount once per run rather than once per job. One of the side-effects of this is that report usage is through the roof, so we're throttling that back. |

unless it has recently changed NPC orders are instantly refreshed if depleted. Also there are stations where more then just a hand full are sold by NPC in the 219k order size.

I am currently having a problem when firing up the game at the moment, I log in play for 5 minutes then the game just freezes up for no reason, The first time that happend my PC just froze had to use the reset switch to restart. I can't find my post from yesterday anymore, so I can';t refer to it anymore :( but here goes again.
the boxes in the multisell window are still too small: 2.1B trit is a normal amount to buy nowadays, when building Capital ships. The most expensive modules have prices over 10B isks, and scams go even higher. Supercapital ships are worth more than 10 digits too, but I guess those are never sold on the market :)
There's also an issue with text overlapping in the window: corporation division can overlap "Sales tax" and the green/red percentage can be very large on modules that are rare,overlapping the "isk" before it.
Last the box with the active cursor in it, isn't "linked" to the mousewheel. Only when you hover your mouse over a certain box, can you change the value with the scrollwheel.
Please take some more time in fixing the box. The argument that the boxes are "never large enough" wasn't a reason to make them this small in the previous sell-window....
I've sent a bugreport with screenshot, showing a non-scam usecase with a lot of things looking buggy. I'd still like it to have the old sell-window, and have a "extend" button to make the window escalate into the current multisell window...... |

People set as +5 and +10 standings are being shown as random numbers between 0.2 to 10.0 with no logic in the way it assigns the numbers. I'm seeing standings set to 0.7; 2.5; 0.2; 1.9; 8.9; 5.3; 8.2 and there are no more than 1 contact assignment to cause that kind of numbers. Other people I talked to do not see this behaviour. |

Combat probes are broken.
I just went on a scavenge for abandoned drones and at one point detected a group of Hobgoblin II's. I closed in to 100%, checked for ship results to ensure they were not in use - no ships, so warped to 0.
And there they were - all happily orbiting a Skiff!
My probes were still in position, so I double-checked by scanning again at 0.50 AU - still no ships in results.
[Edit] To clarify, other ships were showing up in other locations - just not the one these drones were orbiting. |

The menu is simply not appearing.
Edit: happens when resolution is too small then the area for the sensor overlay pop-up menu is not working. Is there any other method to open the popup menu?

I've scrolled through the issues and haven't spotted anything about the new Higgs Anchor rigs blueprints.
The Industry window does not recognize that I have the salvage available to run a manufacturing job.
I have the available salvage and I double checked to try the BP from the hangar floor where the salvage is, just in case it didn't like to be selected from a container in the same station.
Is there something I'm missing about this? Are manufacturing of these rigs not intended for stations? Do they require a Team?
Did someone forget to throw the "recognize available material input" switch? Is it a union thing?

the module also states 100 % Mass Reduction. I think that was spose to say Mass Increase unless I greatly misunderstood the devblog

I get a 'cannot use this blueprint from its current location' error though i could submit them just fine before. The container has got locked and unlocked blueprints and can be viewed without a password as requested by an old dev post (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4838416#post4838416) I havent done industry for a couple months so my issue might be older but may be the patch line
- Properly configured Secure Audit Log Containers will no longer appear as viable input options for Industry jobs

I'm sorry to report that the new sell window actually made the already notorious "click-fest" of selling items as industrialist even worse, since either my way of doing business is strange or the person in charge of this change is not a industrialist.
Scenario: I did produce 5x100 stacks of product A,B,C,D,E shipped all to Jita and now want to either setup sell orders or sell to buy orders, depending on the current market situation.
Now lets assume i simply want to sell all 5 stacks to buy orders and ofc i want to maximize my profit. Lets also assume there are 30 individual priced buy orders per stack i need to fulfill.
OLD steps i need to take:
1) right click on stack A and click "open market info" 2) right click on stack A and click "sell item" 3) check price and hit enter 4) repeat 2) + 3) 30 times
X) repeat 1) - 4) for item stack B,C,D,E
Click count = 2 + 30x (2+1) = 92 clicks per stack = 460 clicks.
So i needed 460 clicks to sell my 5 stacks and you also will get the annoying "not so fast..... you need to wait x seconds, before you can continue.
after Phoebe steps i need to take:
1) right click on stack A and click "open market info" 2) right click on stack A and click "sell item" 2a) switch from 3 months to "immediate" 3) check price and hit enter 3a) click "deliveries hangar" and move the leftovers back to your personal hangar 4) repeat 2) - 3) 30 times

Thats a 66% increase in click needed to perform the same actions of a already extremely annoying click-fest, so WHY? Just WHY?
So what are the main problem's? 1) The stupid market system is not able to sell my stock to available buy orders all at once, while giving me the maximum profit. So i need to manually perform this task. 2) The old "simple" sell window always only sold to the highest buy order and automatically used this volume and also always was "immediate". 3) If you actually want to setup sell orders using the new window, but did sell to buy orders, which is always the order i do thing's you have a high chance seting up x sell orders, double checking everything and hitting "sell". The next moment you get x "sell error" windows, since you did forget to change from "immediate" to "3 months" and have to start all over again.
Summary: As industrialist i always need to judge the market on a per item basis and decide if i want to setup sell orders (multiple) or fulfill buy orders up to a certain price-point. I never use this "multi-sell" window in the way a casual player would just sell multiple small stacks to the highest buy orders or do a rough sell order setup. So the new functionality is useless to me most of the time, while it made by day to day work even worse than with the old window.

PS: Alternatively you can replace step 3a) with manually entering the highest buy order volume, but because you need extra attention for it and the window needs 2-3 seconds to update, the above method is faster and more safe. |

The data sheet demand increased to to the point where it is cheaper to buy new blue prints for many items at this point. And that doesn't make sense. If they wanted to limit ship copies that's all fine IMO, but they've impacted a lot of smaller items too.
Anyway, if there is an official reply saying "we're looking at it" or "oops we'll fix it" - and someone can point me to it, I'd appreciate it. |

Also: I thought the sell window remembers your settings? |

The "Your industry job could not be submitted. Job duration has changed" bug is still alive. Or at least not fully ironed.
Before dt I started 3 jobs on Equipment Assembly Array. Then I tried to build 1000 Quantum Microprocessor on a Component Assembly Array and got the message. After dt and the new patch I tried again the Quantum Microprocessor*1000 and continues with the same error. |

I don't "trade" i produce and sell and my example is a simplified version. In reality its even more complex and convoluted. Assume you have 100 stacks of different goods ranging from 50-1000 in stack sizes, while you need to evaluate each individual item and have jumps in buy orders in the magnitude of thousands and millions.
The problem is attention, since its actually faster to "brainlessly" sell up until a threshold price is reached and getting max. profit, than to examine 100 individual items and deciding on multiple sell price-points.
Example: 1x 40.000.000,01 3x 39.200.000,00 1x 38.901.000,15 1x 38.500.000,01 10x 38.500.000,00 5x 38.200.000,01 1x 38.000.000,00 1x 36.000.000,00 5x 34.000.000,00 1x 30.000.000,00 .....
You have several options, use 38m, 39.2m and 40m as price points, just use 38m and so on. The problem is you need to read the actual buy orders, than decide what the "best" action is and enter the correct sell price in the field. In the time you try to "optimize" this process and enter your numbers, i have already sold to all buy orders using the "click-fest" method and always have a higher profit, while needing a lot less attention.
I don't care this much about loosing some isk, but it actually takes more time and needs more attention, while i may loose 100m-500m profit in a 10-30 minutes click-fest. |

I have blueprints in a corp hangar division, separated into different containers. The blueprints are locked, the station container is configured to lock items that are deposited and only requires a password to unlock items.
Previous to the patch, there was no issue using them. Currently, one container allows them to be used, but another container (same configuration) reds out the submit job button in the industry interface.

The input material location was defaulting to a different container and not the hangar floor where I have the salvage material.
Spotted it when I was editing a screenshot to submit here, lol.

Was this an instant buy or did you manipulate your buy order? I know on occasion that items on my sell orders get sold for more than what I listed them for.

the most annoying part is it clearly states "Buy this" when you click in the market. I didn't change the price only the quantity, it was preset at the "this" i wanted to buy price. and still paid the other guy more than he asked.
*I* will not make that mistake again but it seems like there's a bug or wording problem.
Thanks for verifying/stating the facts clearer.
Edit: this might explain why ive sold single units of ammo for 100million+ and didn't remember setting a scam order. (I gave the isk back to a few that looked like noobs) |

Buying an item for a price above Regional average gives a red (correct) warning when I have the buy window in simple mode, but changes to green (wrong) when I switch to advanced mode.
Coloring seems to be correct in the modify and sell windows, although the icon in the sell window is a bit tiny and should be bigger imho (if it were just a little smaller I probably would need a magnifying glass to realize that there are numbers above that icon).

Okay, the latest version of multisell dialog is more usable as the typed numbers are all visible and clearer formatted. Thank you for that!
Still one random bug disturbs me. If you select the suggested price with mouse and as you start typing your own price in place then occasinally the first typed number disappear; it only swipes out the selected text but doesnt replace it with the number you have typed. So far the next typed number is always registered. If you don't notice the missing number it may lead to some serious isk loss.
I think this bug may be hard to verify as it occurs maybe 1 or 2 times of 100 sells. But i swear it is there and you need to be extra careful with the problem.

The Notebook is not working as it did before the patch.
When copy and pasting signatures into the notebook, long lines word-wrap as before. But when text is deleted from a line to make the complete line fit into the notebook window. The lines below do not shuffle up as expected. You end up with a blank line that you can not click the cursor into. This Blank line has to be removed by going to the end of the line above and deleting the carriage return character and then re-entering carriage return. It worked ok before Phoebe. |

Attempting to create a female Amar chr but there is NO footwear section. The creation screen will not then allow me to continue to the next stage as i have not selected footwear. Footwear is available for all the males but none of the Amar females. I have not checked the other races |

If you have the probescan and d-scan window stacked up again they switch position (because d before p I guess) but when you dock up it sometimes changes which tab is active. Not a real problem but kinda annoying. |

I'm finding that when stacking d-scan and probe scan that d-scan will always go to the bottom next time you undock or log in, regardless of where you have it set. The interface used to remember which thing you had on top for a stacked window, but not sure if this is a bug? |

I too have encountered the "Job Duration has changed" error on a T2 component manufacturing job (particle accelerators).
My observations (also submitted as a bug report):
- Affects BPCs and BPOs - Occurs if Job Runs set to 500 or 1000 - Does not occur if Job Runs set to 499, 501, 600 or 700 - Job Duration is in 59th minute of an hour (eg 10:59:20) for both the affected job sizes, and is not for the unaffected job sizes
In the meantime, anyone else experiencing this, try changing the number of runs.

The quantity window in the multi sell window is still to small. When trying to sell quantities over 1 000 000 it just do not display it correctly.
Additionally it seems that the assets search filtering is buggy. Search example: trit min:1000000
It will display all trit, but it just ignores the minimal filter. Same with Region filtering. It just do not work. |

Hello, recently I noticed that my skill queue gives wrong information. So, what i want to say. Now i have 31 Memory (27 + 4 from augmentations) and 25 Perception (21 + 4 from augmentations). My skill queue says that i will finish learn my Amarr Drone Specialization through 10D 10M 30S (at this moment), my EVEMon says exactly the same information, but i see a little mistake here: EVEMon says that i have not 31 Memory and 25 Perception but 27 Memory and 21 Perception (and that i have 2250 sp/hour) i.e. EVEMon doesn't see my augmentations. It seems to me that the EVE doesn't see my augmentations too because EVEMon show me exactly the same information. With my stats i must have 2610 sp/hour and finish my skill through 8D 23H 56M (at this moment). Same situation on my other accounts. |

This just happened to me - I was in Anka (lowsec) running the 4th and final stage of True Power Shipyards, having arrived with 5 minutes to spare. I took down the stasis towers.. and then at 0 on the Journal timer, the Battlestation vanished
Surely this is incorrect? The 24 hours dictate the time you have to get there - not complete as well?

Something is wrong here. I used the equation (assuming it has not changed) ( SP_Needed - Current_SP ) / ( Primary_Attribute + ( Secondary_Attribute / 2 ) )
I've manually calculated skills in my skill queue and it adds up. Example, Caldari Cruiser 5 (Perception 31, Willpower 21)
(1280000-292656 )/( 31+( 21/2))=16.5 days and sp/hr of 2430 <--- this is actually correct!
All third party apps that pull the my data through API are suggesting 2130 sp/hr and a training time of 19d 7h which would be correct if augmentations were not being applied.
Has something intentionally changed in the API or are all third party apps broken since Phoebe?

An old issue that has remained (for me) was the client does not remember how far back I left the ships upon a restart. That is, start the game, launch into space, and initially I see the rivets of my ship since the whole is right in the face. Roll the ship back, change into a bigger ship, ship appears closer due to increased size, roll this ship back, and then change into the first smaller ship and suddenly that ship is microscopic.
Nothing game breaking, just a tad annoying at times. |

I am having a weird interface issue which started with Phoebe: Eve fails occasionally to recognise MouseUp events.
This happens everywhere, once every four or five clicks - in space and in stations. It becomes very annoying when I try to multi-select items in the inventory with the Ctrl key...
I run Eve on high settings with Nvidia GTX 770 on Ubuntu 14.10, using Wine emulation. This is not a wine issue: I checked the mouse inside Wine using this webpage, and the MouseUp events are recognised just fine.
Please tell me what I can do to help resolve this issue. |

Escalations seem to be beyond broken.
I'm suddenly getting 4 or 5 a day and before the patch I'd get one a week if I was lucky.
The distances involved seem to be broken too. The 2/10 min/max for jump distance between steps described in the patch notes is way out. I have been sent 25+ jumps on many occasions since the patch hit. |

I can say only one thing - you screwed it. Ded sited drop crap. In the graph we get the results for 20 sites, and 8 escalation sites. 28 in total. The average drop is beyond 100mill per site. These are top exploration sites of nullsec. 28 sites - 2.4 bill profit, thats not rewarding at all, considering time, risks, and ships required |

And I would very much like to do some invention. We are aware of this issue and we are looking into it as a priority.
Just in case. The easiest way to reproduce this: - Use a blueprint. - Refresh the industry window (by reselecting the division or container of the blueprint) - Observe that the blueprint is no longer marked as in use. Enabling the setting that hides in-use blueprints does nothing.
Truthfully, it's a pretty tiny bug. But I'm a biased complainer because it has a disproportionately huge impact on the amount of time and effort/attention I need to put into invention. |

Mini containers were completely removed from the game a few months ago.

The patch notes for Phoebe 1.3 released today say the "Show condensed killmails" checkbox was fixed. I just checked, it's not.
On a unrelated note, that checkbox really needs to be somewhere more "general" because it also affects the way Corporation killmails are displayed even though its a completely separate window. |

Nothing game breaking, just a tad annoying at times. I get this also. Very annoying when there are a hunred ships coming out at once. Also, The Station Guest List??? Still broken. :( |

Yeah I'm getting this too. Can't use the exefile.exe either, automatically says can't connect to the ip on port 26000. |

Don't know if already reported.
When I stack directional scanner window with probe scan window, and if I put directional window as currently visible (no matter the order of windows in tabs), when docking and than un-docking from station, it always makes probe scan window primary and visible.
Can you please look into this?

first bug report - in escalations you can bookmark the location via journal, but you cant warp on em.
second - can you recheck the loot table? i think you reversed it wrong way. Just for statistic - done 5 10/10 deds, got just one bpc, and 4 modules. Next, done 12 8/10, just 9 modules and NO BPC. Done 6 7/10, 8 modules and NO BPC. That cant be right. |

PHOEBE ISSUES AS OF NOV 14, 2014:
- SELLING UI WINDOW ERROR: Despite the words in the patch notes and the Selling Items windows itself, I still CANNOT "drag and drop" any additional items into the Market Selling window, at least not when I'm trying to sell goods for my corporation. However, while I have a selling window open, if I select another item in my corporate inventory and right-click "Sell Item", it will add it to the selling window as a list of multiple items to be sold cumulatively. It just would be nice to actually "drag" and "drop" the items without the current click-fest needed to sell multiple sell orders.
- "NOTIFICATIONS" SETTINGS ERROR: The Notifications Settings do NOTHING to actually affect the "stack size" display of the Notifications window itself. The sliding scale option might as well be removed if it has no purpose. Though I personally detest the Notifications "thing", sadly, I am forced to keep it just so I can see my contacts log on/off in the game. The "blue numbered tab" buildup of unread notifications is additionally annoying, though.
- CEO INTERFACE HIGHLIGHTING ERROR: There appears to be an odd error in the CEO interface, specificly under the members/roles/titles section. A while ago, CCP made a nice improvement by highlightly the "line" or "row" you are on, which helps when all the compact info is crunch in there, but now, you have to get your pointer JUST RIGHT to somehow activate the line to highlight itself to stand out from all the other compact rows.
- ODD CONTROL KEY ERROR(?): While holding down the "CONTROL" key for "selectively selecting" various items one by one, IF in space, like while at your own POS, the words: "LOCK TARGET - Click Target" boldly in the middle of the screen. This gets somewhat tedious and pointless when attempting to selectively move items. Is this purposeful?
- UNDOCKING: Upon undocking from any station, the camera view is maximumly "zoomed-in/close" forcing one to constantly "zoom out" before getting any axis-orientation ("bearings"). This still has been an unresolved bug for several months/"upgrades", w/promises of resolution. NOTE: this problem is regardless of ship size (i.e. shuttle or freighter).
- RANDOM SOCKET CLOSURE/CONNECTION LOSS: Well I thought this was a thing of the Cryus past, but recently more since Oceanus, the game will randomly fade to 90% black with 2 overlapping duplicate error windows titled: Connection Lost stating "The socket was closed" with the only valid button option saying "Quit" on it.
STILL UNRESOLVED SINCE CRYUS AND HYPERION:
- INDUSTRY LOOPING ERROR: Occasionally, the entire Industry functionality will simply "stop functioning" (it will not allow the submission of any jobs, with a persistently lopping error stating: "The price of the job has changed". Closing the Industry UI window down and reopening it temporarily "fixes" (resets?) it for more functionality until it loop-locks again with same error.
- INDUSTRY UI NOISE ERROR: The INDUSTRY UI makes its now-signature Industry UI "clink-buzz" noise whenever there is activity in an open window that happens to be "layered" atop of it. Aside from annoyance, overall, in terms of "Issues", it forces the Industry UI to "FLASH" black for a moment every time something is moved from one top-most level window to another (without ever actually submitting anything to the Industry UI - mimicking what happens after submitting a blueprint into the Industry UI. Again: this ONLY occurs when the mouse is over the area of the Industry's window, when working in open windows layered ON TOP OF the Industry UI's perimeter.
- CLOAKING EFFECT: Though the framerate seems to have been fixed, I am reminded of early Disney animation (like Fantasia or something) when viewing the cloaking effect. It's white pixelations becomes visually cartoon-animated with bright aliased white pixels, especially when zoomed out. Perhaps lessening the white levels would make the cloaking effect somewhat believable amidst the realism of the reast of the game's visuals...?

When trying to build things from bpc's it will say that I don't have the required components even though I have everything in my hanger. I have moved the bpc to different areas, restarted client, restarted my computer and nothing seems to work. I have tried for days and it still won't let me make them keeps saying I don't have the required materials.
The ones I have that are doing this are serpentis sensor dampening battery, ares and large ancillary shield booster. I don't know if there are others but if I find more I'll add them to this list. |

Whelp, idk what gave me the idea to do this, but I swapped in an old nvidia card to replace my even older on-board vid card (which has worked fine for almost 2 yrs now) and Im back in the game.
So if ya got some sheet in your closet thats not as old as the sheet on your desk, give it a try.

As reported by Wartrice above, I can't invent on a blueprint. Currently can't invent on Punisher, even though all required items are in the Item Hanger. Decrypters are greyed out despite being in the hanger also. Tried reboot, moving bpc to hanger, etc and it still can't be invented. |

There is a graphical issue in the "Character Customization" screen, and associated portrait photo shoot with the way sunglasses are getting rendered: they are much more translucent than they were previously, causing there to be no "full black" shades anymore. |
