ok, I havntg read everything, im at school. But what about this, I buy that letter, come across a indy full of rare ore from 0.0, shoot it down in empire space and loot everything, nice huh? so no...bad idea tbh. but nice thinking though.

yup, its back. I almost lost my apoc to just 1 npc BS when this cap bug accured. Another m8 of CLS did lose hes battleship to some npcs because of the cap bug, he petitioned byt CCP told him there was no way to prove that bug, so he never recieved...
