Very valid point why doesnt reimbursement come into this. Server downtime EVERY day for 1hour or more and extended downtimes on a regular occation costs us time which equates to isk and that to some is equal to real money in the way of time codes...

Basically EVE is a game where trust is a factor. As such, if we can help personalize the game a bit say with some opportunities to make "real life" friends and maybe go for meets, then the chances of betrayal or such would be significantly reduced...
