that is one hell of an odd problem, it looks like your graphics card can't produce the light effects... I have never seen anything like that in a long time... i'll try to think of something to help

I have been wondering for a while... cruise missiles do 300 dmg, do you need cruise missile skill level 5 for this dmg OR is it 300 damage AND then 5% more per level? i am 12 hours away from level 5 and i still have never seen the max dmg with out...
