No, whenever you cloak or start warping, missiles wonŠt do any damage. Therefore its best to sit at around 20km.

Dude, your not seriously taking a CNR into pvp? Anyway, drop the shield extenders, they wont do any good. For a torp gankage raven, i would say target painter, X-L shield booster, heavy cap injector and 3 hardeners. For rigs, i would say 2 EM ...
