I've thought about this a bit too. I think it would be great to have a recycle bin to hold the stuff you are going to recycle to keep it from your other stuff that you keep to use or sell. The recycle bin could have a button for "Reycle All" So ...

I can understand the arguments on both sides of the coin. In beta each char could train one skill at a time. A lot of people back then would have, say on char that did nothing but learn corp skills while thier main char was a fighter or something...
