With respective skills to V, a Tech 2 or ORE miner and 2 Tech 2 ILUs, this thing should fill it's cargo in just under 13 minutes and, assuming jetcanmining, be able to pull about 42m ISK/hr mining Dark Glitter. Neat!

Quick math injection here: ROF bonused DPS multiplier gets calculated as (1/(1-ROF)). That's why 5% rof / level is stronger than flat 5% damage level, as it's not a multiplier of 1.25, but 1.33. The proposed role bonus would be a multiplier of 4...

Fix T1 Production in nullsec first, then let's talk about further tweaks in other areas. As long as it's more lucrative to mine a single high value ore, reprocess it and haul the minerals to jita because for real production you need a totally diff...
