Ohh...so visibility creates a radius around your buy orders whereas procurement simply lets you place them at range. Cool, that helps alot thanks :)

For the life of me I can tell the difference between these two skills. Both descriptors say they allow you to place remote buy orders, and their descriptions are virtually identical. Can somebody enlighten me please?

I know basic HTML/CSS works fine, as does any language based around it (i.e PHP, Perl, etc) for output. But will it properly render things like Applets, Flash, and other more advanced web platforms?
