Dunno if this have been surgested before but here goes. Make all non alliance kills give a sec hit. Like if you have an alliance then that alliance should be alowed to control its claimed space and be its own police, now in Shiva theres going to ...

I had the same problem where the settings wont save, what i found that solves the problem for me was to clean the cache and start to exit the game my pressing esc and then quit. /Brunis Another dog lifting its leg
