Actually, lvl 5 refining and lvl 3 refining efficiency is good enough to get 0 waste for all ore types up to hedberg. All you need to do is train the ore processing skills up to 2 and you're set. Saves alot of time if all you plan on doing is mini...

It's not really a bonus. It's just that the UI doesn't display the 8% bonus on your 10 attribute points since it's giving less then a 1 point bonus. It's there, just not showing up. __________________________________________________

Learning 5 can add 1 point to your attribute. For example, you have learning at 4 and your willpower is at 10. Then you train your learning to 5, your willpower will go up to 11. __________________________________________________
