Okay so I opened up both ports, 26000 and 26001, for tcp and udp and I am still getting disconnected every few minutes. But when I put my computer in the dmz it is fine. So the nat firewall on my router is messing with the game even with the ports...

I was trying to open my port on my router but unsure of the protocal. I know the port # is 26000 but do I set it as tcp or udp? Any help would be greatly apprecited as I have tried a lot of thing but I am still losing connection to the server ever...

Looks like I will join the party. I can only play a few minutes and I get kicked. I have tried everything that was suggested as the "solution" but I am still getting dc'ed. The sad thing is I can run Vanguard fine. Someone needs to find a solution...

Okay, I assigned my own ip address and turned off DHTP and I am still getting kicked every few minutes. This is getting silly now.

That is interesting. But I am not running any P2P programs. The only thing I run when I play is the game. And my gf's if she is on the same time I am. I can run EQ2 and Vanguard just fine.

Thanks for the advice. I will join the help channel and see if that helps. Funny thing is last time I was kicked I was fighting as part of my tutorial. Hopefully if I can finish the tutorial things will get better. Thanks again.
