2. I'm a bit confused about CPU/Power - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Like Brej said, powergrid and CPU have meaning only for fitting requirements, so use as much as you need. To increase powergrid, train the Engineering skill. There are also other skills that have more limited effects like Advanced Weapon Upgrades...

3. Charging bills - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I think the escrow system was supposed to be used for this kind of thing, but it doesn't work. Exodus was supposed to include a formal contract system that presumably would support this, but it was delayed indefinitely (apparently it requires heap...

4. Finding Agents.... - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
You're talking about the third storyline agent, right? Well, there is no third storyline. The recommendation from the second agent isn't important; it's time to work for whatever agent you want.

5. What's next? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
How about an assault frigate? They're great for PvE and okay for PvP, and while expensive compared to a frigate, they're dirt cheap compared to battleships. From what I hear, the Enyo and Ishkur are superb ships.

6. noob question at skill training & some other question - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
If you don't have a skill in your list, you have to buy (or otherwise acquire) it. It comes in the form of an item, which you then right-click on and choose to train. Passworded containers are Secure Containers, which are on the market. You need ...

8. 0.1 too easy? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Originally by: Scoundrelus I was under the impression that all shields on all ships had the exact same resistances. Base shields do indeed have the same resistances. However, NPCs can and do boost resistances. Pirates leave one lower th...

9. Serpentis Dog Tags and Overseer's Personal effects - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Pirate tags are asked for in agent offers, so they can be sold to people who want to accept those offers. They won't usually need to buy common tags, though. Since overseer effects are bought at Concord stations, you can just use the Market to lo...

10. 0.1 too easy? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
1.0-0.5 is frigate territory, 0.4-0.1 is cruiser land, 0.0 is battletopia. Range is king against NPCs, especially when they don't have elite tacklers with them. Which, in 0.1, they probably won't. Low security is Caracal heaven. Be happy. By the...

12. N00b questions about research agents - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]

13. 'Pick-Up' Channel - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]

18. dumb market question - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Somebody sold it for 350k. You had the highest bid, so you got it. I'm not sure what the problem or misunderstanding is, unless you didn't get 200k back from escrow.
