Link the ghost fitting to ISIS and include skills for all the modules/drones, etc. so people can see everything they need to train at different mastery levels to go from "I can fly this OK...sort of" to "I can fly this literally at all level 5's."

Definitely Gallente. A) It was my first race. Nostalgia FTW. B) Quite flexible in terms of fitting options. Minny ships may be a bit more flexible, but I find they tend to lack the raw damage and EHP you can get out of Gallente hulls.
