without decryptor you get a 1-run copy because every output bpc must have at least 1 run. with decryptors they calculate the runs right and its 0-runs from the output bpc + the decryptor runs. with decryptors you need max run bpcs

very good setups.... one thing to add: If you expect battleships: add more medium guns, less large ones if you expect capitals ships: more large guns And a POS gunner can control up to 5 guns, 1 per lvl of Starbase Defense Management. So if you...

very good setups.... one thing to add: If you expect battleships: add more medium guns, less large ones if you expect capitals ships: more large guns and dont bother with EW (dreads in siege are immune), webs and scramblers on carriers :-)
