That's a standard fit (~3100 m/s straight line). 2x polys, 2x OD II, T2 MWD, Rogues and Zor's. You can throw snakes and faction MWD at it but then it's not a standard fit any more. Standard nanocurses are really not that fast.

The rigs aren't stacking nerfed. To OP: with spec V and cruiser V your dampening mod should be 0.34 * 1.25 * 1.25 = 0.531, not 0.51. So three damps takes the target to 17.6% of its targeting range. With two T1 rigs the dampening mod is 0.34 * 1....

Damps will be pointless on a Curse after Trinity. 2x damps with spec 4 will take a Hyperion/Typhoon with Long Range Targeting 4 to 28km, and those are the shortest targeting range BS in the game. Nor will damps be very good at protecting your dron...
