I feel that this change to the moros is sort of unfair, would be better to buff the performance of the other dreads vs small targets than handicap it like this. At least give it the 10% per level that all drone boats have.

The bounty system is a problem as a pirate in a non-implant clone can just have a mate or alt pod him and split/cash inn the reward... The only way to make a bounty a real punishment is to have half the bounty subtracted from the pirates account...

Why do people still argue against boosting, or defending projectile turrets in their current state? Projectile turrets are clearly not cool, very not so on the bs level. Anyone have any ideas on how to boost them?
